^Well psilocybe mushrooms can't grow in water, so you can't grow hydro mushrooms. There are, however, several simple methods available for growing potent mushrooms indoors. Try searching for the "PF Tek", our buddy dread always seems to recommend that one to people looking to cultivate shroomies.

Well, PF tek isn't exactly the best method for cultivation, but it is certainly the easiest for beginners, and it's a whole lot better than any grow kit.

As for hydro mushrooms... there's no such thing. If you see a grow kit advertised as "hydro" then it's most likely a rip off.

Go for PF tek, and visit shroomery.org which holds all the information wrt. mycology that you could ever need.

Just finished the section on the noradrenergic nervous system in the book I'm reading, and good god was that confusing... Probably going to have to go and reread it. I understand the basic principles, but there is just a shit ton of jargon that makes it complicated.

Anyway I'm about to go out and run. I promised myself I would run 5 days a week, and I got a here a couple days ago and haven't yet gone out to run. I need to train for cycling training in January. Road season starts in Feb.

I just harvested my very first batch of little shroom buddies! it's so amazingly magickal to watch them slowly grow their way out of the substrate! we're using the PF Tek method at the moment, but I think we'll be trying a different method in the new year....brown rice flour doesn't yield very big mushrooms, we wanna try using whole grain kernels next batch!
