any recommend any festivals when the summer rolls around?

I kind of have an urge to road trip out somewhere for one with a few close friends and just get silly together....

if i could get everything prepared, i would like to go to burning man, but i would have to cut at least a couple full days out of school to drive out to nevada and back.... 24 hours of straight driving both ways, and living in the desert for a week of madness is a little bit of an undertaking you need to prepare for....
 
^I would say Rothbury for sure.

I have heard great things about rothbury, and i hear good things about all good...

This year i went to 2 festivals, a spring and a summer one.... Both were pretty small...

Im going to pm you something roger...
 
Rothbury is the best festival ive ever been to (ive been to so many ive lost count)

All Good is a bit to hiipie thug for me. In the scene they like to call it All Hood. Also too many rednecks drinking moonshine and taking drugs they know nothing about at All Good.

I do have one fond memeory of All good though. One year, on the last day, after all the music had ended there was a tittie contest set up by the festival goers not the people throwing the festival.

It was a nice way to end a weekend, having a bunch of cute hippie chics dance around showing their tata's off.=D

the winner got $100 and nice bowl. And all the contestants recieved a pipe.

Yea, i have heard good and bad things about it... I heard the nitrous mafia set some dude on fire....

Come down to the one i pmed you that i plan to be at.... It was chill, and small by most festival standards but it was a whole hell of a lot of fun....

Last year some people decided to bring 2 150lb nitrous tanks. By sunday i guess they no longer cared for it because it was free to whoever wanted it.... Self serve nitrous, we were having races seeing who could walk the farthest while doing a balloon.... Kind of stupid but it was fun and after 3 days of tripping really hard, it just seemed kind of appropriate...

The guy getting burned by noz mafia was at a different festival (which i was at). But all signs point to that being just a rumor.
The kid actually OD'd if i put the puzzle peices together right.:\

Also never got a PM from you. try sending it again.:)

And lets try to not be too specific about festivals (especially the small ones). No need to give them even more attention from the police then they already have.

Only festival I've been to is Harvest Fest: The tribadelic trans-cosmic space carnival. It was fucking amazing, such a sense of family.

I skimmed over some people talking about adderall addiction. I was prescribed it for ADHD and it definitely ended up being a dependency issue. The statement that amphetamines effect people with ADHD different than those without is a myth as far as I'm concerned.

Adderall treats ADHD because it makes you completely manic. This isn't an isolated case, its just how it works. You feel like you can take on all of your school work and that you've got everything figured out, but really you're losing your outward personality and often times ignoring your physical health.

It was so hard waking up every morning tired as fuck from Adderall induced lack of sleep, and even considering NOT taking that little orange spansule of Adderall that will wake you up and make you perform to everyone's expectations.
 
Aww geeze guise I really wish I could read the +2 pages of chit chat, but I am almost a little bit too high on ~55mg of oxycodone, so I will read them tomorow. Just wanted to say hello friends! :)

And yeah Nearjat I totally feel you on the amphetamine, only for me it was concerta(methylphenidate). It didnt even really work, but I wanted it too so bad I kept taking them for a while until I finally just said fuck it, my doc now suggests I should try out adderal, but my mom seems to think the concerta is working fine and wont believe me when I say it does not affect me, at all. :|

So i just learned that a friend from high school can do fire baton and some other types of fire performances.

Im going to try to get a promoter i know to have her play with fire at his parties. Both people seem interested in the idea. She will at the very least get to party for free, but for fire performances its kind of good to get paid.
