Heya, 26yo IT professional looking for one or two people to move into an apartment/unit in the Melbourne Hawthorn area. I am already looking around at prices. Have some nice toys to bring to the place and some furniture. Must have fun and crazy attitude! On a scale of 0-10 for craziness, must be at least 7+ ;)

My price range is 200-300pw, so for two people that would be 100-150pw. I am looking at moving within the next two/three months depending on workload, currently 12 hour days which should drop by next month. I'd like to, but Hawthorn is just that little bit closer to the city, with all its cafe's art galleries and night life. I haven't lived in/near the city since I was a weeee lil ladd.

Hawthorn isn't too far from Doncaster, just a quick drive up the freeway. So it wouldn't take much to catch up, now would it! There are sure to be many more pantastic moments in the months to come. :)

Was good to see you at the EGA meeting on Tuesday. Can't wait to go out friday night and party at Brown Alley. Are you still going down for a boogie?

If you can hold out till November there will be a room available in my place in North Melbourne :) Stunning double story terrace, lovely courtyard, huge claw foot bath, 6 bottle shops within a 500m radius and a 15 min walk to brown alley/ city - oh the joy of waking up 30mins before needing to be at work!=D

Suprisingly quiet and chilled out area - oh and did i mention you'd be living with me and Mandy? (And Chris, who rocks my socks as he makes everyone coffee in the mornings =D
 
Hmm it would be lovely to share a space with you two wherever it may be. I am wondering about whether North Melbourne is a lil bit out of the way to work. I'll have to think about it. :) Definetly an option!

Me and my partner are moving towards the end of November and we are looking for people to rent with. We are both extreamly fun loving and loud! But at the same time appriciate people's need for quiet.

Two rooms available, one medium ($145) and one large ($155). $30 a week expenses inc power, phone, broadband, sky TV, washer/dryer and necessities. Pets okay except for dogs. Tobacco smoking outdoors or in bedroom only - obviously, discreet drug use on the premises is acceptable.

Bond is 4 weeks rent in advance, plus the usual 2 weeks rent in advance, 2 weeks expenses and a one off payment of $50 to get all utilities installed.
