tough pics this week include DAL/MIN, NWE/BAL, OAK/SF (San Fran always seems to screw me over), and IND/WAS.

the Colts and the Skins should be a fun game to watch
 
San Fran is screwing everybody over. I don't see how they are 0-5 with that much talent. I'm still expecting them to turn it around over the course of this season.
 
Although in my opinion, the Colts & the Jets are the best teams, the ONE team with the best resume after five weeks is BALTIMORE.

If they win in New England (and they're GETTING 3 points - with Moss gone - WTF?), that further cements the Ravens claim as the team to beat in the AFC.

The NFC, while it has several talented teams is, this season thus far, a steaming pile a dogshit.
 
I just realized that what I posted wasn't a "prediction" at all.

Oh well.

No strong picks from me this week (EXCEPT, OF COURSE, BET YOUR CHILDREN'S EYESIGHT ON THE COLTS!).

Baltimore looks good, thanks to their ball control offense and good defense. in the past couple years, you can count on two things from the Ravens against some of the AFC's elite:

a) they will beat the Patriots

b) they will lose to the Cotls

the NFC has some talent, it just seems like they can't put it together. teams that scored tons of points last year (Saints, Vikings, even Dallas) can't seem to score at all this year. it is perplexing... even GB hasn't been scoring as much as last year

looks like you are right so far. god damn AFC West and NFC West destroys my picks every week

i'm back in my winter job full time and i've been slightly overwhelmed at the start here. thanks guys for scoring and posting the matchups. i'll update the cumulative scores tonight.
