no more bickering, guys. I think we should all show alasdairm mad respect for the thankless job he does of adding up all our scores together. this is all for fun; so there is really no need to be rude about anything.

if you want to know your score so bad, why don't you add it up? I add up mine personally after every week just to make sure that ali isn't pulling a fast one on me ;)

Alasdairm can quit this any time he wants to (maybe I shouldn't have told him that) and I sure as fuck wouldn't be willing to count up everybody's points if he did.

ftr, I am 37-25 now. I know it was just an honest mistake, but I checked it twice and am 37-25. 2nd place and about to take 1st next week! :)

Thanks Axl. Is anyone else here in a suicide pool? I am stumped as to who I should pick this week. I can't use Green Bay, New Orleans, New England, or Tennessee.

If you had to pick one sure winner, and you couldn't use any of the teams I mentioned, who would you pick?

your pickings are slim if you can't use those 4 teams. i'd go with jacksonville over buffalo.

ohh. well it seems to me San Diego over Oakland, Cinci over Tampa, or Atlanta over the Browns (although I do feel the Browns can upset again)

Um - I don't know - maybe the best team in football AT HOME, who just happens to be favored by NINE points in Vegas (perhaps, that's because I'm not the only "idiot" who realizes that Indy's two losses were BOTH on the road - one to their perennial nemesis, and the other on a 59-kilometer last-second field goal - and that THIS week's game is AT HOME against a 3-0 team who will probably still manage to miss the play-offs.

I don't think that's the sure bet, I would take San Diego over Oakland. the Raiders truly have nothing going for them... again. I've got Indy winning, but KC should run the ball all over that porous Colts defense, and in the NFL if you can run the ball you have a chance of winning.

nobody is with me in my Carolina over Chicago pick?! I don't think ya'll realize that the Bears are sans-Jay Cutler. granted Carolina is pretty bad, so I could be wrong...
