In my honeymoon phase of opiates mixing tramadol and weed was very euphoric and lasted a strong 10 hours too, fuck I miss those days. Im someone who apparently very efficiently metabolizes tramadol to O-DMT because it was on par with oxycodone and hydrocodone.

Another good contender would be either of my 125mg experiences with mdma or my 2.5-3gram mushroom trips spent alone, outside, staring at the stars

That's certainly the best reason I've heard so far, I mean every den raid and crackhead street stop would've found them. In the Winter I used to wrap mine in my scarf round my neck, they never looked there....not then anyway.
