I still feel as though the cult I joined are observing me. I feel as though they are watching my actions. Should I see a psych or am I being melodramatic?

I don't really know how to explain it without sounding like a nutcase, however I initially joined believing that they were striving to benefit the world, as I learnt more it became apparent that it was the opposite. The extent to which they wish to influence the world and their means of doing so are quite disturbing. Essentially (underneath all the bullshit mind control and delusional practices and rituals) they wish to tighten government control and take all freedom from the individual (there is material promoting microchips and using your mind to control politicians).

Whatever is going on try to find some peace confide in people you trust. It's not good to keep things bottled up that are bothering or scaring you.

Sounds like Scientology, Freemasons, or an offshoot of the Theosophical Society....

The Scientology Member is very severely ostracized if he/she defects....like one guy quit and his family didn't, and now he has not seen or spoken to his family since his departure....so I see why you would be concerned mentioning which "cult" it is...

Get a new psychiatrist . Find people who are willing to listen. Keep yourself safe and sane

I am currently visiting my sister, a cat veterinarian, and so I am in a house with not one but FIVE cats and then there are four more across the road that were from a feral litter that she trapped and spayed and now feeds. It's like being on a cat ranch LOL.
