Yeah fucked if I know, I always thought he pumped out loads of shit speed bombs and probably crushed down decent pills into weaker pills so as to make more $. And at times he probably did the import and distribute thing as well, doubt any of us really know unless we were in his close circles in the years it was happening.

Most of the pills circulating were sold by poms, irish and dutch in the early nineties.

This part I believe was pretty true tho, the rave scene was run by these kind of people in the early 90's and possibly before that too, it seems like when all the poms left the scene (in a big way in the mid 90's) all the high dose imported pills also started to become more and more rare on a mass scale for the scene. Just what I saw and noticed at the time tho.

Promoters (in Syd) like E productions, Tribal, Welsh Embassy, krackerjack, Sweet Science and more were all Poms or those places mentioned above, and so many of the punters were too and they seemed to be the ones we often would try and associate with to get the best pills at the time.

and who remembers the deadly batch of mistis doing the rounds alongside the [strikegood[/strike] awesome ones? motherfuckers. they were a red batch if i recall correctly. this was in 05-06 i think, though.
i never tried them but mates got them off a shady fuck in a club and thought they were pretty good. really speedy apparently. this was like two weeks before that chick od'd and died. later i heard they were like 80md and chock full of caffeine, which sort of makes sense.

there was and no doubt still is a lot of md being cooked up in Aus, check out the MDMA superlabs with pics thread.

Police warn of killer red party pills 2004

http://www.smh.com.au/news/National...red-party-pills/2004/12/20/1103391701906.html

"The pills ... actually had a very high content of MDMA," said David Caldicott, an emergency research fellow in toxicology at Royal Adelaide Hospital. "Ecstasy has been very poor in this country in terms of purity - it has traditionally contained between 50 and 130 milligrams [of MDMA] with the majority down at the lower end of the scale."

Toxicology tests found the "red Mitsubishi" tablets, as well as other kinds of ecstasy, contained 110 milligrams of MDMA. "If in the past you were used to taking two to three pills to get a high, and you take [that many] containing 110 milligrams, you are going to take a toxic dose," he said.

cheers for link though personally i wouldnt wipe my ass with a smh paper column/report. propoganda bs for the masses.

iv read on here that those mitsis (well read mitsis of the same time, could have been a different batch) were loaded with caffeine, i read that on bl somewhere, sometime.

110mg is not really a high dose...medium low yeh but high imo no.

yeah there's been alot of mitsis, a very copied logo, greens, whites, reds, prob blues and fuck knows what else.

Sure 110mg isnt that high, especially when you look on pill reports EU and see some on their first page to be reported at 200-220 (nintendos).

But I guess if people were used to low dose pills and took a few in relatively fast succession then problems may occur.

yeh very true. problems like playing up like a frog in a sock, dropping drinks and getting kicked out with a get fucked goofy grin on haha.

i never tried those red ones but some years later we i came across a few white/beige mitsis that were quite lovely. for me the best most euphoric pressed pill i ever came across was white mtv's from balmain in sydney. they were dreamy.

I used to live in Balmain :) The Glebe wheat Silos werent far away, the White bay power station, the old glebe island bridge (b4 anzac bridge) the train yards, all the pubs, the pills, this was my early playground.

haha nice, balmain was the best pub crawl circuit/strip. iv blown some money along glebe point road before too, start at balmain point and work your way through roselle, glebe, in to the city haha. think i musta been there after you cause there wernt any raves when i was there, unfortunately :(

It's true, and I can't remember where I read it, but MDMA cooked up here ranked as one of the most potent in the world.
yep i would agree. when you look at it from a economic point of view. we should be the ultimate destination for md importers, chefs, etc. dont we have like the highest rate for consumption per capita + we pay through the nose for chems comparatively.

There was a rave in Darling St in the early 90's in an old (electronics?) shop lol, and in a film studio altho i cant recall the name of the street now, it was near the water. And the biggest and best one was at the Glebe Weat Silos in 91 or 92 (called Ov Thee Earth Tribe) (before we did ecky thump in there a cpl of yrs later) and I heard stories of some little meet ups in the old mental asylum (callum park/roselle hospital) but I didnt get to them :( There were more around the areas too, my memories are vague, a laserdome, or something hrm what was it... :( I used to go shopping at birkenhead point and swimming in the drummoyne (sp?) pool near that bridge (was it the glebe iron bridge?) damn i cant remember how bad. lol

There was so many pubs back then in Balamin, it was a real workers kind of area, there must have been like 20 or so pubs in walking distance. I went back there ages ago and went to my old street and had a suss around the areas and was pretty shocked how rich and up market the whole place has become in 15 or 20 yrs.

yeh birkenhead point and iron cove bridge i think.

yeh its pretty trendy these days, though the freaks still come out to play late in the nights haha.

i was sitting at a pub on darling st one night chewing my jaw and these two weirdo came in and sat at the table next to us. the place was probably half full so their was a heap of people in and i look over and they both have funny faces/looks on and this dude pulls this chicks top up and starts sucking on her titty. went on for a minute or two everyone is looking by now and the bouncer walks over and asks them to put it away and please leave. later asked the bouncer what was up with that and he was like yeh they were probably from the asylum haha. cant remember might have bee the bridge. that was a fun night

haha, that's funny :) i recall the exchange hotel and the west end, as they were very close but there were so many more I cant recall now, probably can if I saw em or heard the names, but i was like 15 and 16 and too young to drink back then, and me and my friends hated alcohol and drinkers till we were 20ish.

yeh iron cove bridge sounds right.

the cat and the fiddle, sackville, the london, the royal oak, monkey bar

Ive been getting crystals for the past year apparently coming out of a aus lab. Been super consistant in quality and damn good price too. Everyone whos had it pretty much rates it the best theyve had. Made 2012 a year to remember. Supply since run dry but got a small amount saved up for next few festivals/ocassions
