I grew courgettes, peppers, tomatoes, chilli's, garlic, red onion and sweet potato this year and just made a pasta vegetable bake with all those things.

~Nothing tastes as good as that which you nurtured and harvested yourself~

God bless Mother Urt'! Absolutely delicious.....after making the tomato sauce for it (chopped toms, chilli, garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red onion, balsamic vinegar) and cooking the pasta al-denté, I shoved it all in a baking dish and sprinkled some breadcrumbs and feta cheese over the top then oven-baked for a while.

Mmmm... =D

I think I've discovered a pretty reliable formula for the awesomization of salads. A) Greens, B) other raw veggies such as carrots, onions, tomatoes, radishes, etc. C) fresh sweet fruit, and D) protein such as avocado or toasted nuts. That was basically this morning's breakfast, and a wonderful breakfast it was indeed.

Now, onto some poached eggs and toast. :)

He works out A LOT!

La Crema pinot noir while making baked spaghetti.
I have a feeling I will finish the bottle and be in bed by 8p

350g Oats,
2litres Whole Milk,
50g Organic Raw Cacao Nibs,
Tablespoon of Green Tea powdered leaf
50g Whey Protein.
Ground Linseed, Flax, Hemp and Goji Berries.

All blended together. Post-workout smoothie. Robert's your dad's brother.

^ Those weren't raw oats were they? I thought you had to cook them.

Arugula, sliced figs, an avocado, crumbled gorgonzola, chopped shallot, oil, & balsamic.

Yeah raw oats. Nah, I just shove the raw oats straight in the blender with all the other ingredients. No cooking required.

Tomorrow i'm gonna go for a half kilo of oats in the one smoothie. Things are getting a bit crazy in the oats department. brother! A typical serving size is supposed to be 40 or 50g. Can't get me enough of my oats.
They are absolutely the best thing, combined with whole milk, for bulking up. A veritable powerhouse in terms of providing all you need to pack on the muscle mass - tonnes of carbs, fats, calories, vitamins, fibre and a nice bit of protein too. Combine this with whole milk and you're laughing! Add all the other shit like nuts, seeds, whey protein, green matcha, berries'n'shit and you've just gone and lathered your body in all that it needs to be bouncing off the walls!

^ Yeah, I eat twice the "serving size" for oats. I don't know who decided on that puny freakin' recommended serving. :D But I like to make oatmeal. Maybe I'll try eating them raw, but I'm a little skeptical... :P

Just had a really unique and satisfying salad of kale, carrots, apple, garlic, ginger, peanuts, soy sauce, oil, & vinegar. If you can't tell by now, salads are by far my favorite food. :D

I know! The ridiculously tiny serving sizes on many cereals are usually to make it seem like there ain't so much sugar and shit in how much you are going to supposedly consume, though they are always extremely conservative estimates of portion size and we should look more toward the "per 100g" if we want to get an idea of how much sugar and crap is in how much we will actually consume. That is, of course, if you like sugary cereals! I personally couldn't think of a worse way to start your day. Which is hilarious, because as a child I ate nothing but white bread and shitty cereals all day long, drank nothing but Irn-Bru and ate Haribo sweets all day! Then I tripped on mushrooms and it hit me that I was putting shit into my body, and made the conscious decision to take better care of myself from that day on.

Actual oats are better than oatmeal, if making a smoothie btw. Oatmeal, as it's already tiny granules, doesn't blend well so you basically end up just struggling to chug a bunch of pretty-large granules at the end of the smoothie when there's no liquid left, really.

It's funny what habits can do to us! You have only ever cooked with oats, so to think of anything different seems crazy! I can assure you that you won't die!

I just had a smoothie there for breakfast with 500g (shit's getting expensive, dawg) of "raw" oats and 2L of milk with 50g Cacao Nibs. Delicious and will hopefully keep me filled for a while although with the way my appetite is, I'll probably be starving in 20 minutes.

Man, Applecore your salad sounds fucking delicious there, man. Personally, I would have heated it up for a few seconds but that's just me ... or is it? Is it? I think so....Yeah...I'm me....I think. Is this body me? I'm me is I am it's me is it I am me?

Yeah, I hear you there. I think that DMT is pretty much the only reason I'm not still eating shit food.

By the way, do you think that I'd need a fairly powerful blender to grind raw oats into a smoothie? I think my blender is an average grade machine. Or, do you think I could try putting the oats in a coffee grinder, and then just mixing the powder into my smoothie with the blender?

Quiche Lorraine with a green salad of baby spinach , grated beetroot, cherry tomato and avocado dressed with a homemade Dijon vinaigrette. Washed down with a pear cider.

A mom and pop's mexican restaurant just by my weekend house. They make traditional mexican style tacos that blow any american franchise out of the water. Delicious.

And coke zero

6 eggs. 6 slices turkey bacon. 8 oz glass of Green Goddess smoothie stuff.

2 apples and 1 pear and some grapes, from my yard which are finally thankfully done and finishing -
numerous miniature blueberry scones...

liquorish veda tea with 1/3 tbsp. 'clarified butter' & honey mediOil

finishing with bolthouse protein plus chocolate goodness stuff.
