ugh..... a couple mini hershey milk chocolate bars and a few beers. i got the exercise thing down but cant stop eating junk food >:E

Oh WOW!! I am jealous! :D

I just had a big juicy red apple. One of my colleague's husband works at a fruit market so she brings in a big bag of fresh fruit every week. These apples were absolutely sensational! I must've eaten about 6 or 7 of them this week :)

Man, I am jealous of you! It's July, and right now it's heavy rain, thunder and massive fork lightning. It's like a bloody winter's day, every godamn day here!

The only plus is the extremely wet April's give us some amazing berries and fruit. But it's a helluva price to pay just for some tasty fruit: A disgusting summer of depression filled with grey skies and rain constantly :( Can't wait to get the hell out of here.

Mac n' cheese. fancy kind. with some free range chicken in it (yes, I prayed/thanked the chicken) and nutritional yeast supplement stuff (tastes almost like crumbled cheeze-it crackers). %) comfort food, really fatty and dense. =D

I <3 nooch.

Last had a rather large preview of tomorrows breakfast (potatoes, onions, capers, and lots of garlic [sea] salt) and a couple bites of tomorrow's lunch (lentils and brown Basmati rice with store-bought spaghetti sauce).

Macaroni and "cheese" made with nooch is awesome. This recipe is a bit time consuming but the results are incredible. Mine looked a little gray since I used whole wheat pasta, but it was still delicious.

Last had potatoes, onions, and capers.

Has no one eaten today? :P

Last munched on some black olives and spinach. Last meal was quinoa with sauteed spinach, onions, and mushrooms.

^ What's a snapper? All I can think of is snapping turtle, which I don't think would be very tasty. :P

Workin' on some potatoes, spinach, onion, and black olives.

Last had a Sunshine Burger on an Ezekiel 4:9 hot dog bun (all the store had when I went :P) with some Dijon mustard; with a small stir-fry consisting of onions, mushrooms and broccoli; and for "dessert" I had some cherries. :D

It was all organic and all SO good. I know some of you don't buy the whole organic thing (pun not intended) and nor do I want to turn this into an organic debate, but I am now sold on organic mushrooms and want to share why since it's pretty gross (haha): I bought some yesterday and had what I did today minus the broccoli, but with conventional mushrooms to finish them up. The juice at the bottom of the bowl was black (like always after having stir-fried mushrooms). Like I said, I had the same thing today, cooked the same way--The juices were a light yellow. Quite shocking and revolting to see the difference.
