A few Turkish apricots. Soon to have something delicious in mah stomach (not to say the apricots weren't). :P


Last had a broiled Portobello mushroom, with more spinach, romaine, cherry tomatoes and "mozzarella cheese" than the sprouted-grain roll could hold! Had some broiled zucchini on the side, along with the above ingredients that fell off the bun.

Glass of sugar-free fruit cordial, 2 Pears and a few finger dollops of Coriander, Garlic and Lemon Hummus! Nom! :)
 
Two peaches and some pomegranate seeds.

Can you say "yuck"?

Bought the peaches before I was reminded they're on "the dirty dozen," and the pomegranate seeds are okay in taste but not in texture! It's like eating nearly-raw corn kernels.

Didn't want to compost the peaches, though I probably should have. Here's hoping I can find someone to give the pomegranate to--I only cut it in half and took out a dozen or so seeds.

Oy. What a disappointing snack.
 
Tons and tons of watermelon and a protein shake. I hear watermelon is actually used by some for pre-workout, or even for sex.

Very last time, i have take one glass of milk. I regularly take the 2 glass of the milk to be healthy and fit in our daily life. Milk also helpful to gain the weight.

^ If you're drinking milk for health, make sure it's organic or at least from cows that weren't fed RBGH.


I last had a banana. Too many Cliff Bars and quinoa today. I need some real food. :(
 
Just chucked a load of raspberries and strawberries from my garden in a bowl with sliced banana, pineapple and blueberries with some natural yoghurt drizzled over the top and consumed messily with a spoon. Fucking DELISH.

I just had a big juicy red apple. One of my colleague's husband works at a fruit market so she brings in a big bag of fresh fruit every week. These apples were absolutely sensational! I must've eaten about 6 or 7 of them this week :)

We actually have a pear tree growing in our backyard. The pears that come off this thing are so unadulterated that they ooze yummy goodness into your mouth. I can only imagine how tasty your raspberries and strawberries are.

Last ate some cold potatoes, onion, spinach and capers that were done in a wok.

I can't remember the last time I used capers. What a great idea to "spice" up potatoes.

Last had the rest of a penne pasta dish from dinner with a good friend last night. Applebeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee's.
