I had a snack of potatoe chips and water. Not the most healthy thing but PMS makes me crave salt.
 
1 cup (dry) quinoa
2 tilapia fillets (pan fried)
lots of hot sauce

love it when the easiest thing in the house to cook up is also the healthiest. booya.
 
Nori (seaweed sheets wrapped around sushi) and a glass of milk as a late night/ early morning snack
 
Copious amounts of spinach and bok/pok choy stir-fried with a quarter of an onion, some brown Basmati rice, and an egg, with garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Best tasting meal I've made in quite awhile. :)
