Plain vegetable wrap with more vegetables on the side (topped with a splash of olive oil). Been on a raw (or lightly-steamed) vegetable kick lately--No clue why.

- Smoothie -- spinach, banana, mango.

- Papaya eaten w/ seeds.

- Brown rice, two poached eggs, & chipotle salsa tossed together.

- Dates & frozen macadamia nuts.

-parmesan tortellini
with lamb zucchini yellow BP's and a Ikari-esq sweet smokey plum wine familiar sauce
-kalamata olives
-blue fruit smoothie
-vanilla bean yogurt
-pinch'O unprocessed bee pollen

all with my fingers, haha , the past month or near, 55-75% of what ive been eating has been raw, and eaten by hand.
now i need to get to my favorite Japanese place for some blue-fin salmon and eel.!
oh and the udon soup
;-p

. yum/muy .

I'd love to try those... tried some similar things from Kellogs, but I love Milo chocolate drink, so why not Milo cereal... didn't know it existed!

Do try it. It's tasty as hell and when you're near finishing the milk leftover gets the MILO flavour.

Tastiest breakfast cereal I've had.

Have you tried their breakfast bars?

this sandwich:

2 slices french toast
one fried egg
one slice Havarti
5 pieces turkey bacon
topped with powdered sugar
and maple syrup!

drunk food, after working a hellacious shift.

I've got to say it: working really fucks up your ability to eat and live healthily. I've been eating shit, just because I can tell myself, "Now I've got money to spend, plus I'm too tired to cook anything, and I want to go out with co-workers and be social." Same goes with drinking a beer after work with co-workers-- 'just one' turns into a couple, then we get food. Running, reading, meditating, etc... all go out the window.

^ You can definitely eat and live healthily while working--It just takes a bit more preparation since you don't have all this leisure time to prepare food.

Last had chickpeas, wheat berries, and brown Basmati rice done with a bouillon cube.

I guess my problem is peer-pressure, not lack of time.

I'm not going to be a fatty anytime soon, though, with the work I do. I can probably eat all the shit I have been and still maintain (or put on muscle...)

I think you can still eat well outside of the house ;) I don't think all your work goes out the window.
Balance with beer.

Bosc pear, natural yogurt, wholemeal toast with peanut butter, lapsang souchong tea with stevia :) Trying to have healty breakfasts to partially balance out my diet as my evening meals tend to involve a lot of alcohol...

Edit: regarding all of the Milo talk, I love the taste of milo, and the texture (having it half dissolved in milk with still a little crunchy milo on top... heavenly), however wish it didn't contain so much sugar! 100g = 47g of sugar!

^ Random, but drinkable yogurt was the only yogurt I was ever able to have--Allergic to the "real" stuff. 8)

Last had an orange, a banana, and a cucumber. Gotta love munching on random things while cooking steel cut oats for the mornin'. :P

You've gotta love simple food like that... Eating simply is so refreshing and energizing. Once I have some money saved up, I'm going to just move somewhere where I'm totally solitary, surrounded by fresh produce, eat totally raw, live totally clean, and smile all day long. It's really as easy as that!

Take me with you?

Steel cut oats with some fruit--Don't know if it'll ever get old.
