cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb burger with swiss cheese and bacon
potato crisps
3 coconut mango martinis

It's Friday *shrugs*

^ You could eat them. ;)

Last had some raw carrots and cauliflower, cooked wheat berries, brown Basmati rice, annnd chickpeas. Sounds like a lot, but it was all just samplings of what I was chopping/cooking. :P

"Buckwheat pudding": bit of date paste (soaked dates mashed with fork) and cinammon and raisins stirred into soaked buckwheat groats.

Yummy breakfast made with all raw, whole foods.

can of tuna w/ old bay, mustard, and honey. either going to make eggs, potatoes, and broccoli for dinner, or spaghetti...

sooo much food and alcohol this weekend. tacos, japanese food, wine, beer, ice cream, etc. feelin so guilty right now.

i always lose tons of weight when i live on the west coast then as soon as i come back to ohio what do i do but gain it all back :/ I tend to eat when I'm stressed too so that doesnt help. I need to eat some more filling meals so I can just eat when I'm supposed to and then cut myself off.

^^ What the dickens?! Just out of curiosity, how much sugar do those treats contain?

had a cup of green tea after my morning oatmeal/banana... trying to decide if I should run or not today, meaning I'd eat a little more honey.

First time I've had cereal in forever and this is quite tasty.

Nice & light at 4am for breakky :D

Full meal through a straw

2 glasses of water
A greyish green smoothie (almost a complete meal in fluid form)... thick as hell, probably because of:
  • Spinach
  • Psyllium seed husks
  • Hemp protein powder
  • Avocado
  • Banana
  • Carrots
  • Apple
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • SAFI
  • IL HWA Ginseng extract
  • Vanilla soya milk
  • Yoghurt naturel

Feel damn good right now after slurping that up... probably had around 0.5 L or so...
