I took the rest of the ground elk and made ratatouille. It had potatoes, beats (leaves included), corn, snap peas, sprouts, garlic, earth balance, and jerked teriyaki sauce.
but the last thing I ate was a bunch of cookies and taffy with hazzlenut milk.

1 large jar of black bean and corn salsa
I small bag of frozen corn
2 bags of instant brown rice (cook first 90 sec in microwave)
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
cook in slow cooker on high 4.5 hours
Layer Santa Fe (Philadelphia Brand flavour) cream cheese
shredded cheddar
cook on low for an hour
