The last thing you ate or drank v.2

i miss pan de sal! might need to make a stop off at the international grocery here this week and pick some up, along with some chippy and cracker nuts (adobo flavored, of course) haha.

just had about 4 oz of grilled chicken with about a cup of mixed squash, green beans and carrots.
 
1.3 lb beef loin cut up and put into to mission whole wheat carb balance wraps and a bottle of kefir

Kinda bad phone pic ....but right now I'm eating again my favorite super duper spicy ceviche , and a local dish of fried tofu and pork with a spicy vinegar soy sauce , red onions and REALLY hot peppers...
I actually cried a bit earlier when I bit one. =D
 
Two blocks of ramen topped with Nutritional Yeast.

Got my period, felt like shit, and needed something easy and wanted something that didn't scream "healthy" like everything I've been eating the past week or two. Lol.

^^^ That sounds delicious and healthy, though. Did you steam the broccoli? Simplicity is underrated.
Didn't see your comment and don't know if you'll see this reply, but it's better late than never! Lol. Yes, I did steam the broccoli, but that's about all I did (besides cook the rice noodles). Simplicity is vastly underrated.

I'm currently munchin' on some (homemade, lol) carrot "wafers" (as my mom and I dubbed 'em). Had some (store-bought) hummus a few minutes ago but that's long gone.
 
A delicious bowl of white rice with salt pepper and butter. Next on the menu is a garden salad composed of store bought and home grown veggies topped with ranch dressing. Probably gonna have some watermelon italian ice to finish it all off when I get done with the salad, yummy yummy. :)
 
Salt and vinegar cracklings and pepper flakes...I eat each piece with 1/4 tsp of pepper flakes on top ;) I can go through half a ziplock of pepper flakes in one sitting. It's sooo DELICIOUS. Everybody thinks I'm nuts though, eating pepper like this, except for those who know my spicy threshold is thru the ROOF.
 
almonds with some filtered water and a glass of orange juice...

dinner'll be whole wheat pasta w/ homemade tomato sauce, topped with avacado
