are you off four days straight? Or do you do like, day on, day off, day on, day off, day on, day off, day off.
Anyways, I'm just saying that it's not hard to rationalize adding in a fourth day eventually, and so on.
If you truly get no withdrawals then the more power to you but the way you get so defensive that you aren't anywhere near physical addiction, I hope you aren't rationalizing your usage as most opiates in any way shape or form cause us to do. Even 20 grams in a day is a large amount, even with off days I feel like eventually you will begin to get inter-dose withdrawals on off days if you are using high doses of kratom like that 3 days out of the week. They may start very mildly, just a little more tired or a little irritable or a little insomnia etc.
Addiction creeps up on you, no one plans to get addicted.
Just be careful.
No, I usually do two days in a row on weekends and a day in the middle of the week like wednesday.
My rules are never to go more than 2 days in a row, and always to leave at least two days of no usage between those two and another and no more than 3 days a week total.
So lately it's been more like: day off (mon), day off (Tues) day on (Wed) day off (Thurs) day off (Fri) day on (Sat) day on (Sun) but I don't always do it that way.
Maybe I shouldn't do two days in a row and I guess it would probably be smarter not to but it has worked out so far without real WD. I tried it at one point a year or so ago and when it never resulted in WD I figured I was ok.
I know what you mean, well I mean I am rationalizing my usage in the sense that I think it's fine to use a substance if you want, but I really do believe I'm being fairly smart about it.
I'll be careful, and if I do get any mild WDs I'll just abstain till they are over.
Thanks
