Or you can try and find someone to stay up with you. This thread is pertinent for me right now because I got wasted from last night until the morning. Then I slept, on and off, until 9pm. So I am fucked and I have to stay up for at least another 4-6 hours and that will fuck up my sleep pattern even more.
I look forward to more replies I think a lot of people have this problem. Although an obvious answer to solve this problem would be to got to sleep at a decent hour and wake up at a decent hour. 8)
