The "I can't sleep" megamerged insomnia thread

I am serious. Getting to sleep is difficult for me. I reckon I have borderline insomnia.

I can go for 2 days without sleep, be really tired at 5 pm, but by midnight 3 days later I'm full of energy again. I should have gone to sleep at 5pm, but I thought I'd wake up too early, so I'd wait until 8pm. But by then I couldn't sleep.

Seriously it's a problem.

And Tamazepam does sorta work, but only as a muscle-relaxant.
 
waste energy in the day rather than waiting until you need to sleep. Get into a routine too, try to go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning. Go to see your doctor if its that bad.
 
Try a search, there's been countless threads on insomnia in here, Healthy Living, and other forums...
 
I know what you mean. . . in the summer when school is out, I am up all night, doing nothing. Well, actually, surfing online for things that are a complete waste of time.

I go to bed at like 4 am or so, and wake up at 9. I drone out the rest of the day. . .and am tired. . take a nap at like 6 pm or so. . depending. .then wake up and stay up all night again.

But its ok. . the freaks come out at night anyways, right?
