"The Holy Quadruplty"

Prescribed low dose promethazine pills for nausea, anxiety, pain, allergies, depression, help me eat more, helps me not smoke as many cigarettes as I did before being prescribed them, helps me sleep, promethazine had a lot of benefits when used in proper dosages like I do. I might take an extra one here and there, but not really. I don't abuse them I only use them therapeutically.
I think I replied to the wrong one lol

I was also wondering if gabapentin works on other receptors besides the GABA receptors. Like serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, antihistamine effects, imidazoline, trace amines, or any other ones?
It's mecanismos of action is not completely understood. It activstes the calcium voltage channels.....whatever the fek thst means lol. U can check out the Wikipedia page or the erowid one.

Gabapentin does not work on GABA receptors directly.

"Pharmacologic
studies suggest that gabapentin may have a novel bind-
ing receptor site in the nervous system (4), because it
does not bind to benzodiazepine, glutamate, glycine,
GABAA , GABAB and N-methyl-D-aspartic acid
(NMDA) receptors.
The mechanism of gabapentin-induced RLS relief is
unknown. Research has shown that gabapentin exerts
a modulating effect at neuronal receptor sites, inhib-
iting the release of the neurotransmitters dopamine (5),
serotonin and norepinephrine (6) and resulting in in-
creased GABA concentrations in various locations
throughout the brain (7). Other research in both hu-
mans (8) and animals (9) has shown a gabapentin-
induced elevation of central nervous system (CNS) se-
rotonin and a significant increase in slow-wave sleep
without an effect on rapid eye movement (REM) sleep"

Link for this page is being a bitch.

There's also this.... which might suggest gabapentin can attenuate neurotransmitter release, thus making drugs LESS euphoric..

I know it doesn't bind to GABA receptors, but I know it increases GABA as it's main effect forsure. It opens up GABA receptors ion channels or whatever. They say it doesn't bi d to GABA, but I believe it does. A lot of studies and people etc... say that benzos don't bind to the GABA receptors either, but obviously do. I think it's a cover up, look at gabapentins wiki page towards the bottom talking about a company that makes gabapentin had to pay millions of dollars by trying to illegally encourage clinicians to prescribe more gabapentin or something like that.

Sounds like a horrible and potentially dangerous mix. I like the holy quadrupity better.🤮

I just read that it definitely does bind to GABAb receptors!

What would you think about throwing a Soma in the Quad plus gabapentin mix?
Srry, csnt answer thst question cause Soma isn't available in my country. But ime, less is more dude. Doing too many drugs into a combo ends up either in emesis(vomiting), a dirty fked up high. So I don't even smoke weed anymore. If I wanna potentiate my opiates I just take my reg dose of benzos and throw in lyrica OR gabapentin, thsts it. Maybe a beer or 2. I'm too old to do experiments with my body.

I ended up getting a Soma which I have been looking for years for. Never got to try it but finally get to. It's 350mg and I plan on taking half to see where that gets me. I'm already on The Holy Quadruplty so I'm dosing low. So far I'm on

Chlorpheniramine 16mg
Promethazine 18.75mg
Gabapentin 600mg
Subutex 6mg
Xanax .5mg
Weed

And I plan on taking another 2mg of Subutex and .5mg of Xanax, and smoking more wed afterwards.

So it's kind of like a SNDRI in a way also then too?
