I can never remember my exact dose cos I'm also a bit sloppy with my measuring sometimes. It may be worth your while (mine too, come to think of it) to do a bit of judicious titration.
The pipettes that come with it are not great as they only measure 0.5ml. I use a 2ml syringe to measure doses more accurately. Thery're usually used for measuring small doses of medicine for babies and so forth and you can buy them at the chemists or online.
It'll take a few attempts to find your own particular sweet-spot, but I'm sure you'll have fun along the way.
Yeah, Im definately gonna set out too find my sweet spot by using judicious titration now.
Also, I would like too give my experience on 24/7 dosing. I have did this for 2 months solid dosing around 2ml every 2 hours. And noted very little WD's when I ceased dosage completely. I did obtain beta blockers (propanol (sp?) which I suspect helped a great deal as my heart rate kept at a steady slow beat when on them. I have no idea if I would have experinced intense palpitations otherwise.
The main WD I did experience was only duuring the first day without GBL, this was a feeling of bleakness. Everything just seemed quite dark and dirty. Music just sounded like noise too me and I seemed too lack alot of the usual enjoyment I get from watching movies. Such as, usually I get quite excited when watching decent thrillers and the type of edge of youur seat action movies, however when coming off GBL I just watched them without any emotion whatsoever.
Sorry for the rambling, Its good too have the guice back!
