The EADD Trifle Annoyed Thread - Wobbly & Custard

I admit I was stumped at first because I didn't want to go out on a limb just to cut him down a peg or two.

So in the end I just cut his brake cables.

I feel your grief, we've had to have tree surgeons in and thankfully they we're empathetic boys. Mad as fuck job - did you watch them?

We have trouble with huge sycamores, they breed like rabbits :|

There used to be a few EAdder's who were tree surgeons but not about now. Larch come back!

It's a horrible feeling cutting down trees :|

Zophen/B9 was also a tree surgeon at one time. Yeah I know, but true story apparently.

I actually did my best to hide. And Liza relentlessly took the piss out of me for my inadequate male issues.

Nah man, I just love the trees, couldn't face watching it. ;)

Yep and there was another guy, can't remember his addy atm.

I can visualise the scene :( but you should have watched and "curated". The eco-system needed intervention and some sensibility. Those birds will be ok, they'll find another hawthorn. It's always worth checking out your gardener / tree surgeon credentials! Was it a young bloke or old git?

If I tell you he left his can of Monster behind that probably answers your question for you (even if it was with added Ginseng).

He was alright actually. Told me his dad lives in Buenos Aires so he got all excited when I told him I'd been to Argentina (coz he hasn't). Wanted to know what it was like and everything. I told him it was like my garden. They don't have any Hawthorn trees either.

Nah, he was nice. Almost feel bad about those brake cables now.
 
Ack, these young un's do things differently. Hopefully you told him or will about the hawthorn?

They train them up in these colleges without much holistic stuff these days...



Never do trees on the cheap.

I just mentioned B9 for the same reason, and I wonder what he's up to nowadays... :)

I also know what you mean in your second line there. I can comfortably talk to mechanics & sparkies, but when it comes to people who climb trees and swing chainsaws about for a living, I tend to retreat after timidly offering them a cup of tea or anything, "mate". ;)
