Haha, yes I have to say I think some people selling it in the UK are the sort of people you'd find supping a pint down the Bull, or they come over that way, all fair trade and "nature's miracle". That's not an actual quote by the way. You won't find a vendor by googling that.

However it is a drug (or several) and it works :D

So I keep hearing! Though you must remember that the last time I ate a yoghurt, it was spoonfed to me by an adoring partner. So yeah, quite some time.

You're right though knock; it's a drug. Or several drugs in one. We'll see.

I don't really have a problem with the taste and quite often do the toss/wash thing with a drink. Though it does make a nice dessert with some yoghurt and banana.

Yeah, am interested to hear Sam's opinion of it. (Oh, and one thing I'd advise is buying from one of the specialist kratom websites and not some shitty headshop.)
 
the kratom i got from the headshop in town was surprisingly good, i wasnt expecting it to be. It is far better VFM off the internet though, and you get to choose specific strains, rather than having to buy unknown strains of it like you do in the headshops.

How often do you take kratom Swampy, if you dont mind me asking ? Does it give you insomnia ? That is causing me some problems atm.

Yeah, I thought of that after I made my purchase. Though it wasn't some dodgy extraxt at least. Oh, and I got ten free diclazepam. Which must mean they're awful. :D

it's been about an hour. I took one tablespoon (which online sources inform me is 8-10g) and a third. So far I'm feeling okay. I thought it was the residual effects of the etizolam I took this morning coupled with half a beer initially, but it's definitely a distinct feeling.

May take more in a short while, just to see if I can get a bit more sedated, as right now I'm quite energetic. As you can probably tell from the amount of shite I'm typing.

Interesting stuff!

No, it's definitely sedated me. It's just periodically quite rushy. Feels like a nicer version of tramadol rushes.

I'm really impressed with this actually. Maybe promethazine would be perfect to add a noddy edge to it.

I have a blister of them within arms reach, seeing as kratom seems to be immune to the effects of etizolam I'll try one of those. :D

Done, ooh its 2 hours since etizolam time passed, kratom really messes up my perception of time, it just flies by ridiculosuly fast, as it does on stimulants.

Glad you like the stuff anyway.

What strain did you get ? I think you stated this somewhere else so aplogies for the repetiveness but ive forgotten what you got.

Some Red Vein shit.

I'm all out of promethazine, so I've just had a test dose of diclazepam. Have to be careful not to start popping loads of ggof balls and wandering outside semi-naked. I'm limiting myself to two bottles of Lakeland Gold for those wondering about HR / real ale.
 
Some red vein shit lol, thats what i got, red grain Thai. I meant to order red vein borneo, but fuck knows what the difference is.

I'll pm you some promethazine. I reckon kratom would synergize very nicely with weed if you happen to enjoy weed. Unfortunately it tends to make me paranoid, so that option isnt viable for me.

Weed is excellent with this stuff, yes. Music too, as you mentioned.

I can sort of see what wcote said about it lacking warmth like a full agonist; I've almost been frustrated at that lack of extra cuddle that smack or oxy would provide, but there's a feeling unique to kratom which balances that out. I feel pretty upbeat and sociable really. Not an everyday thing for me.

Though at the same time, just lying down is enough. :)
 
Sometimes I mix some white vein sumatra with the red riau or whatever it's called. Definitely hits a lot of good spots. Just be aware that I feel like death only slightly warmed up when I've not had my dose :\
 
Took about 13-15g today in lieu of lunch, unless you count the yoghurt as lunch.

There's an increased euphoria this time, definitely. I'd already taken 1mg clonazepam though, but I believe it's the kratom shaping the experience. Two beers also, but long after the buzz became noticeable.

Just have to remain conscious enough to phone my weed dealer. Especially as he let me have a lighter and a pack of Rizla free when he was working at the family shop last night! :D

No one mentioned the kratom induced constipation ! :o

Jesus, its like threading a camel through the eye of a needle indeed. I allways thought that was one of the most bizzare expressions ever coined, anyone know the whys and hows of that one, in case i get asked it in my job interview tomorrow.

I never noticed constipation from kratom but I think you're taking a shedload more than I do. Any sufficiently strong µ agonist will cause constipation as there are µ receptors in the gut which make it slow down.

I do notice that if I miss a dose it all gets a bit pebble dashed down in the porcelain temple.
 
On my computer I hold down "Alt Gr" and type "mu". But I've got a fancy Linux computer with a "compose" key. In windows, fuck knows.

Actually, I do know that if you know the ASCII code then on windows you can hold down Alt (or is it alt gr?) and type the ASCII code (in decimal). So ALT+230 should do it for you. Bit of a pain having to know ASCII codes though :D there's also "character map". I like my compose key though. To get ö I type ALT Gr-o " and up it pops, don't have to remember much as it follows a logic.
