220mgs sounds like it's almost too much, nowadays I tend to stick too 150mgs, keeps you euphoric and energetic and not a floored, spangled mess snapping in and out of reality.

three 150mgs bombs a night is all I need from good stuff, any more than that I don't get as high anymore.

I'm just feeling the aMT coming on now. I'm in the tryptamine headspace & starting to see some visual distortions. Slight nausea but nothing I'm not used to, should pass soon.
