I feel really rough actually and am trying to google if magnesium right now would help to counteract a 'little' bit too much fourfa. Just managed to get 1 iron tablet down so I am not so weak with anemia by tomorrow. Moan, whinge grumble..brought it on yourself etc.

Can't decide what to listen to. Don't want to take etz or zops while feeling a bit sick so will ride the waves...:?

Blimey. Either you really did find that one gramme of cocaine that bears some resemblance to what every other cocaine dealer claims to be selling or you have will-power beyond belief. After having read your posts for a number of years now I'm gonna have to go with the former ;)

I'm not much of one for coke these days (unless it's somebody else's, obviously) but is nice to know it actually exists. I'd given up on it years ago as being utterly pointless.

Which effects of "a little bit too much fourfa" are concerning you? If it's muscle tension, jaw clenching, teeth grinding kinda stuff then magnesium is a godsend. It also has a mild (very mild) sedative effect (as well as a slightly less mild laxative effect which is probably worth mentioning given the topic de jour of late) but is mainly the muscle relaxant properties it's used for. After years of suspicion (I have an all-encompassing suspicion of any and all supplements) I now swear by the stuff cos it really does work. I do believe there is one particular form that is significantly more effective than the others - I think it's magnesium chelate you want but couldn't swear to that being the one. I think it is though. Other forms do work in my experience but may involve having to take more than you'd ideally want to which can bring on said laxative effects.

Sorry to hear retox isn't working out so great. Hopefully we can fix that sometimes in the not-too-distant via the medium of taking just the right amount of just the right type of drugs in just the right company - suitable chit-chat makes quite a difference compared to largely being fuxxored alone without so much in the way of suitable chit-chat. Get some magnesium ordered and I'll brush up on my suitable chit-chat skills for future retoxing <3
 
Had a look into magnesium to battle the great gurn of ecstacy, but when I saw somebody mention it relaxes all muscles including ze bum hole I convinced myself not to use it (when out busting dance moves) :D

I later found out that if I don't chew gum my jaw is fine and doesn't ache at all the next day. Much to my surprise considering most people I had spoken to said it's a good idea to chew something..

Never been a fan due to it mostly being total shit and really a waste of cash esp the street 40 quid shit, and ive tried all the £10 0.1 shine bollocks, it was from that site and lab results are coming soon, but people have said it washed up 60-70%
lovely stuff, but id still take a gram meph anyday!

I'm not sure exactly how much Magnesium you'd need for that, but it's not likely to happen. Maybe they used Milk of Magnesia which is a laxative at higher doses... too much Magnesium in any form will have the same effect though.

Just get some Chelated Magnesium. 150-250mg is probably enough to help. I think I grind my teeth at night sometimes... I get a sore jaw on one side on occassion. Had quite bad anxiety before Christmas & my jaw was really sore. Took some magnesium & it went away.

I've never tried it whilst on drugs though.
