Cheers Shambles and Evad; as i thought really. I'm not too bad for nausea anyway, and it can be part of the curve of the experience (i know the oily snot of evil that is peruvian torch...). I'm sure i'll find a niche for vaping at a later time though.

How's high dose for doing stuff on? are you still capable of creative work? (i usually want to make music on most things i take)
 
After reading through 22 pages plus this certainly looks like one to try before I die, not exactly similar to my usual thing, but always enjoyed the few LSD tabs I've had.

Not going into vendor discussion but have managed to find one place that apparently has it in stock so just going to go for 0.25 to test the water...
 
^^ Kinda ebbs and flows, in my experience, Vurtual. Which is good for something that lasts so long - never gets boring or outstays its welcome cos it changes all the time. Or in stages at least. At times you're so ridiculously blissed out your box you probably wouldn't even think about trying to concentrate on anything with any degree of thought required and at others you're pretty much tripping your nuts off and probably wouldn't even know how to think about trying to concentrate on anything with any degree of thought required even if you cared at the time. There are also lil chilled valleys between the various peaks where you just feel great but could probably pass for sober if you had to... and people are used to you grinning constantly and stuff.

Never gone up to real high dose realms so far but have done a coupla pretty hefty combos involving it and never felt out of control or owt. Euphoric as hell, trippy in parts, but surprisingly with it too much of the time. If perhaps just a bit more prone to sending everyone on your phone texts telling them you love them and isn't life just beautiful in amongst so many hearts it's like a psychedelic textual haggis factory.
 
A hypothetical question I'm quite interested in, but has anybody had issues with getting this delivered through the post? I'm just figuring that with such a strong smell it might attract some attention, no?

In general, what happens if the post office finds some generic powder - do they presume guilt?

I'm interested in this too (it really smells).

Don't know what the post office would do - 'plant food' type marketing material inside the envelope may help i suppose. I thought if the postie comments, i could say it's special glue to mod my pc.

They'd probably just think someone had sent you dogshit in an envelope so be quite happy to hold their nose, have a good giggle and send it on its merry way. If it were to be opened it would likely be seized and investigated but ultimately it is a legal substance so there's nowt they can do but piss you about for a bit then hand it over really :)
 
Lots of good info coming our way, thanks guys :) I want to start small but I definitely want a reasonable psychedelic edge, so 20mg is what I'm thinking now.

Question about storage, would putting the baggie in a Sigg water bottle (the alluminium hiking bottles with a seal) in a cool room keep it well? Assuming the smell from the HCL isn't too bad I may put it in my pantry which is nice and cool all year round.

Oh and how hard would it be to pull off a phonecall to the parentals? I have managed a call whilst coming up on mcat and whilst very stoned before... I'm sure I sounded strange in both =D
 
how long does the maoi properties of amt stick around? would it be safe to take 60 mg+ of amt on a friday and then mdma and 2cb on the saturday night or would it be better to take the mdma then the amt?
 
Almost certainly safe, I'd say. The MAOi properties of aMT are really very mild. I've taken aMT, 2C-B and (lots of) MDMA combo'd together and a few similar variations on that theme. There are loads of reports of aMT combos with virtually anything you can think of but don't recall anybody having any problems as result. Taking them separately rather than as a combo may well greatly reduce the effects of whichever goes second cos you'll probably be down to your last drop of serotonin so more likely to be a bit disappointing than life-threatening really.

I believe aMT is far kinder to your serotonin bits than MDMA is though so may work best to use that first and save the others for the next day. Unless I'm mistaken when it would be the other way round. Don't think I'm mistaken but there was some discussion of this very conundrum in the PD aMT thread quite recently if you go have a looksee :)

Okay one question to those who tried it, how is impairment on low therapeutic doses, when taken as a mood lifter, would I be able to drive and act normal in a working environment/office?
 
^ Thats what i was thinking as well, was planning on getting some to see if low doses help with social anxiety.
 
Who here has been stocking GHB on top of low doses AMT? (7,5mg) something tells me it will be great!:D

Goddamn, takes too damn long for my GBL to get here.

Interesting regarding the mild MAOI properties.
I remember last year when I had the freebase from 2 different sources and I did not find it stimulating enough.
I asked about mixing it with a small amount of meph and was nearly crucified for even thinking it, shambles spoke up in my defence even though he hates meph and I aint forgotten that gesture.

I was very cautious and used 150mg of meph and it had the desired effects.

I will be trying the HCL soon on it's own and hope this may be better than the f/b i tried.

After a couple of mg's to test for allergies, I will try a small 10mg dose. Then a few days later 50-60mg which is what I tried a few times with the f/b.

Is 50mg HCL the equvilent of 60 freebase?
 
^ no the opposite 60mg HCL ~= 50mg freebase

Also, in response to some of the therapeutic dose questions, it is a first class substance for this. Raises mood a treat and gives general social confidence. No other impairment of note - reading a paper I found a bit onerous though...
 
Originally I wasn't in it for the therapeutic qualities, but the sociability could be quite helpful to me just now. Quite looking forward to tomorrow.

The HCL stinks but not as bad as the base - double wrapped (as requested) and in a jiffy envelope there was no detectable smell at all coming through the wrapping (opened was another matter...)
 
^ My sample also arrived today (thanks Drug Fairy =D) and sounds similar - double wrapped and jiffy bagged there was no detectable odour at all until opened. Wasn't even that strong smelling when opened, to be honest... compared to the freebase anyway :D

I don't find therapeutic doses to be at all impairing - have used 5-10mg and gone about my business with nobody noticing a thing and being totally surprised if I mention that I'm only in such a great mood cos I'm on aMT. My drug counsellor was amazed and thought it was great =D

I wouldn't recommend driving on it cos that would be very irresponsible. I doubt it would impair your ability in any great way but even mild impairment is not good when you could kill somebody if your attention wanders at the wrong moment.

PS: aMT and GBH/GBL is feckin' great, huh Medieval? :D

Just a shame my litre got finished two days ago and can't afford any more for ages :(
 
I'm so happy that im finally going to try this. Does anyone know if there is a problem with keeping it in solution for a few weeks as I havent got scales and was just going to put say 250mg in solution and use a pipette to measure doses but I dont want it going bad.
