The EADD 2C-x Megathread

hey guys. Never tried 2cb before. My friend is getting some for me, says its £35 on the g. From what i hear, this doesn't sound like regular pricing, is it too cheap? Likely to be cut?

Okie, so. I got that "gram" of 2cb off a friend. 35 squid. Looked at it and Boom, it was a tiny little wrap, no where near a gram, good sign i thought. Tested a teeeny little grain and straight to green with the marquis. SO, now i am confident i have a 2Cx type substance, can i have any recommendations as to dosage for first time use for me and the missus? Any advice? I was thinking maybe 15mg to start? or is that too little?
 
If you and your partner are comfortable with psychedelics, especially something as mentally intense as mushrooms, I'd start with a higher dose of 18-20mg. However, just take what you're comfortable with. It seems there's quite a few people who are sensitive to 2cb :)

Given that some people respond more to 2cb than others i would recomend 15mg as a good starting dose for someone that isn't worried about tripping a bit but has never tried 2cb before. Even 12mg can have an effect.
 
Cheers guys. Also, i was wondering if i will feel the urge to re dose like MDMA, or is it more like mushies where you take your dose, without the urge to take some more (due to the enormous sense of well being :)).
 
12.5mg was always a sweet dose for me.

You won't likely feel the need to redose like you would with MDMA. You may decide to have another dose after the first wears off as its not a majorly long lasting drug but its not compulsive.
 
15mg floored me (in a mostly good way). I wouldn't go higher than 15mg as a sample as it all sounds slightly odd being a "gram" then not a gram. The 2Cs are quite different and 2C-B is one of the hardest ones to get at the moment. I wouldn't be at all surprised if people were selling 2C-I as 2C-B as it's cheaper and easier to get hold of with fairly similar effects. Do you have 0.01mg scales to measure doses?
 
I haven't got any scales myself, im waiting to borrow some off my friend. She has an uber expensive set so i imagine they will measure 0.01mg. Really looking forward to trying it should be fun. Is it best just to bomb it? i heard snorting 2CB can be dangerous?
 
You need scales that weigh to 0.001g or use the 0.01g scales to get an idea of how much you have in total then use liquid measurement. Snorting 2cb is painful but not dangerous, I think it was 2ct7 that has had fatal effects when snorted. I'd go for taking it orally first time though probably.
 
say you have 100mg you could dissolve it in 100ml of water/whatever so 1ml of water would be 1mg of 2cb. it's just an easy way of measuring stuff accurately without milligram scales :)
 
Got ya. I've always wondered about using that method for other soluble drugs. I've always been worried that the substance doesn't evenly distribute itself in the liquid thus taking a massive dose / weak dose, or is that a completely retarded thing to say that makes no sense in the world of chemistry? (probably should have paid more attention at school)

if somethings completely soluble then it's going to be evenly distributed :)
 
The liquid measurement thread talks about using alcohol to dissolve the substance. Is this essential? Would you recommend alcohol for 2-CB or will water be sufficient for a small amount?
