Sigur Ros is prolly my favorite band; I can listen to their music under the influence of pretty much any chemical, and I love them enough that I have a Sigur Ros-related tattoo. It's a damn shame they are going on indefinite hiatus...
Cannabis enhances most types of music for me, but I absolutely CAN NOT listen to techno/trance when I'm high (I don't like it sober; but it gives me the fear if I'm too high) or tripping.
Opioids enhance mellow/prog-rock as well as folky music, jazz, and anything else relaxing with a good "flow" to it.
Pete Yorn (have you heard the duet album with Scarlett Johansson? it's interesting...)
Incubus (Aqueous Transmission: one of the best drug songs ever)
And, I'm not gonna lie, I find Lady GaGa music to be awesome to listen to when really high, and the music videos are crazy to watch tripping because she dresses like a nutjob. Still good. Make fun if you want... lol
