Nah I haven't, never really had an interest in that scene until I began dabbling in psychedelics etc (Nov last year). Very keen for it.

Aaaaaaand received ^^^ currently have a 14kg box of glowsticks sitting on my desk at work. This weekend is going to be goooooooooooood.

Anyone from here that ends up going (tripnotyzm, n3ophy7e) should definitely come say hi and claim a couple of freebie glowsticks!! Just look for the bright orange VW van around the event/camping areas :)

Tryambaka, portugal

Tiago Coelho Pimentel has a connection with music since his childhood. The first contact was with classical music, but it would be the power of electronic music that would influence his artistic culture at psychedelic parties. Discovering trance lead Tryambaka to producing intense sounds marked by a nocturnal and unique style. Since then the challenge is at his finger tips, adopting one of the many names given to the Hindu god Shiva meaning the one who sees thru the third eye, a vision that promotes union such as the music he represents.


Minimal Criminal - Cosmic Conspiracy Rec / Brazil

Currently, the members of Minimal Criminal live in different countries and perform as Minimal Criminal separately. Valerio Zhyin lives in Israel and Bruno Echoes lives in Brazil. In November 2010 Cosmic Conspiracy records released their debut album ,”Minimus Maleficarum”. The cd quickly rose to the top spot of the best selling chart on Saiko sounds. The digital release came out in February 2011 and also became a popular release on the psytrance chart from Beatport.
There will be several releases in 2012 on labels such as Zenon, Cosmic Conspiracy, Uroboros, Glitchy Tonic, Soundmute, Another Psyde, etc. The sound of Minimal Criminal can best be described as “Psygressive” trance. The fusion of psychedelic, progressive, and aggressive styles of trance music.
What makes the Minimal Criminal sound special is the cinematic atmosphere with obscure film samples, the stories told in each track, the cutting edge drums and loops, the big fat basses and full bottom end, and elements of minimal techno and ,recently, dubstep. Although much of their music is heavy, deep, and dark , you will often find humorous moments and positive messages inspired by a variety of mystical subjects.

Tripinstumble is the brain child and one of the various alter egos of Aviel Peru AKA Dj Wizdumb, After more then 10 years of Djing and producing releases in the Minimal Dark Progressive Psy Genre felt it was time to share the sound that was resonating in his head and bouncing in his heart for many years, and to knuckle down in the studio. The resulting sound is a Twisted modern hybrid of Minimal Psy - Breakbeat -Tech House-Glitch Hop.... and most important, humour! Drawing on a life of eclectic experiences across the globe, a love for gadgets and his sense of humour.

Nocturnal – Melb, Esf Records

Nocturnal was down on the Far South Coast of NSW, where he found himself surrounded by music from a young age. One day whilst looking for more "metal" through his older brother's cd stash during his early years at high school, he stumbled across a cd stamped "CLASSICAL MUSHROOM......INFECTED" . The disease spread quickly and a strong addiction to psytrance led him under the wings of some TALENTED locals, where he was taught the basics of mixing. Over the next few years, he played local parties until his addiction finally led him to the idea of production. After some serious amounts of washing dishes, he slowly bought the necessary basics, and moved to South East Queensland to hone his skills.
Currently studying a diploma of sound production through tafe, his spare time is spent gazing into a computer screen writing trance ranging through the genre's of psygressive, progressive, morning psy, full on and a few broken beats in-between.... check out his first release on esf records….

Bear – Bris, Esf Records

Dj and Promoter and Record label owner for ESF Records, from South East Queensland, Australia. Sick Addiction - Timecode, Portugal

Sick Addiction is a unique fusion between 2 projects that couldn't be more apart musicaly , Tryambaka & D_Maniac ! The project started aproximadly in 2004 , after both artists colaborated in the making of 3 tracks , and having performed twice in a VS LIVE ACT, witch was something unusual at the time! The chemistry between then was too good to ignore, and soon after that the idea of combining their skills was clear for both! Tryambaka is known to have a dark and powerfull sound, with melancolic atmospheres and melodies, & D_Maniac creates a type of morning full on sound witch is ideal for dawn time in a dance floor! The inicial objective of Sick Addiction was to create music that would combine the unique sounds of each artist and form a music style that would fit in between, and basicly just satisfy the need of two good friends who love making music together.... Out of the blue I thought I should share this. I was using StumbleUpon last night and hit a site called Textastrophe, com. The spelling might be wrong but you won't go wrong by checking it out. I LMAO for about an hour checking out every one of his communications with different people. I guarantee you will shit yourselves. If the first one doesn't hit your funny bone don't give up, you will crinkle your face. Trust me he's equal to the guy who does the funny phone calls, go for it you won't be able to leave the site till you've read them all.
