The Definitive List of Druggie Movies

If you really want to see a movie and lose the plot - go and see the new movie "The Cell" with Jenifer Lopez after a few j's, or even whilst tripping.
It is a very freaky movie, and there's really no point in trying to follow the storyline coz you'll just lose your mind to all the intense special effects - watch out for the horse scene 1/2 way thru - I was slightly bent, and I thought I my heart was going to stop!!!

The Killer, now that is a dope movie.
But if you want a spun out cartoon, check out those old school G.I. Joe episodes. Me and a few friends were completely blitzed on DXM and some gunj and I swear I haven't laughed so hard...

djcolen: the cube is one fucked up movie. the acting is so bad it is funny...
...and yet i'm repeatedly drawn back to watching it again and again.
for some reason i love watching "indiana jones and the last crusade" while trashed too...maybe because he was my childhood hero and i tend to regress quite shockingly when i'm trashed

nah when i was a kid movies like labirynth and never ending story used to get my mind fucked and just gave me the creaps(though i did like the dark crystal.) so i don't think i would want to watch them chopped.
I just find anything that is a bit cheesy and will crack me up is good like: mallrats, anything by leslie neilson hehe,human traffic, old adam sandler stuff (ever watched happy gilmore off your tree? especially when he goes to his "fantasy"land)
virtually anything that is a bit on the cheese side.
In high school though some of my friends and I used to hire our sooty videos and watch them off our trees, but i havern't seen any of the videos in the store for ages.
also would love to get hold of some fragles videos and watch those little green building men. Hey that would be wicked to see them building up on the big screen at a rave hehe

Its a long movie that drags on a bit but the ending is sooooooooo worth it!
i just love how he cuts his lines of coke oh and the double snorter thing he has!

Although not a movie, Dawsons Creek has to be added, what with its accurate and honest portrayal of the rave subculture.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND - both versions are pretty good but not as good as you'd think they should be really.
LABYRINTH is my ALL TIME FAVOURITE movie....EVER!!!! I think I've watched it on most drugs...love it. "you have no power over me"
I don't know if anyone's said this already but I didn't notice GROOVE on the list. Thought it was better than Human Traffic really..in that it was just looked at the rave.
MARS ATTACKS - saw that for the first time coming down off acid...laughed my ass off!!

Also NAKED, not NAKED LUNCH (which is also a farking brilliant movie). Naked is a bit of a head fuck. The Orb used a rambling sample from it on their Orblivion album a few years back.
