From what Ive heard and read the rave scene in America and also here down under died around the 2000-2001 mark?

Pretty sure it's peak was around 1995..Although i could be completely wrong, its just what Ive heard from some of the older guys that used to be in the scene.
 
Yeah, the peak of the rave culture was without a doubt the 90s. Its one of the periods of time that I would like to experience with the help of a DeLorean going 88MPH :)
