Actually as long as he dosen't say he's gonna be taking drugs there he's fine.
If you keep your trolling creative and your pics behind tags then you're good to go.

There's always Android. It's an open source platform so I'm pretty sure you can make any app you want without acquiring approval from Google.
 
So my downstairs neighbor is a real asshole. I am sitting here minding my own business playing some computer games and I hear banging on his ceiling/my floor. Apparently the floor is creaky and sometimes it must make a little bit of noise if I reposition my chair or something. I hear more banging and I audibly say "Fuck you man!". LOL! So he starts throwing a tizzy apparently and slamming all this shit around in his apartment. The he screams something about coming up here. I dare his crusty ass to make the journey up the flight of stairs to my door. What a total dick. Where is Master Splinter at to bust some ninja moves on this fucker?
