fuck OLS. i gave them a chance because their customer service was awzum the last time i ordered from them.. unfortunately that was like 13 months ago. they seem to have expanded now and their contact page has changed.

ordered my shit on monday, it still hasn't shipped out - no shipping number or nothing -_-
called them yesterday and after an hour of unanswered calls (tried 6 times) someone finally picked up. he explained that they ran out of inovas and got new ones in today (which was yesterday when i called). he also said it should be shipping out today or tomorrow (which is today). it's like 5:19 PST and the post office is already closed, yet no tracking number.
