ill have to hit that cheese up sometime, sounds like some good gear...
what i like to do also is get a 4 cheese pizza from asda (walmart in USA) or sainsburys, then add all the different cheeses from my fridge to it for a nice snack .
this goes down well with some peperoni slices and ham added...

And an honorable mention for Cheddars. Not technically a cheese but a biscuit with cheese in it which is cheesy enough to be counted as a borderline cheese in my book.

cheese is like my faviourite food, find it more euphoric than drugs in a way mild and mature chedder, wensleydale, red leicester, cranberry cheese .. loads of ones *(runs off to make some cheese on crackers)

I wish we had some crackers, we've a ton of nice cheeses in the fridge right now. Cheese is one of the best foods ever like, so much diversity and I don't think I've tried one I didn't like.

On the subject of cheese though, I've taken to the mozzarella and pesto ball things that they do on the deli at Morrisons. Bloody lovely, like just under 2 quid for a tub I think. Love them with salads.

I had a cheese called Little Stinky the other night while dining in Michelin starred luxury...

The cheese smelled of farmyards, really ripe manure stink, and managed to retain the stink into the flavour too, but was just perfectly delicious...I'm not normally a macho type cheese eater, but this was a real treat...
