Yesterday I did a 3-minute pushup drill. Total was 83, which is "good," according to the article in which I read about the drill. "excellent" requires 110 in 3 minutes.
That was my starting set though. I don't know where you got 80000000 from...
EDIT: ohhh shit I just read the original post AGAIN. What a complicated concept...much too much for my tired brain. I will jump back on tomorrow - have another exhaustion before starting the next step of my challenge which I picked up again after a 2 month hiatus.
