What has happened in the last 10 years? Have the Ibrahim's gotten weaker or have the como's gotten way stronger? And how? With all the heat on them and arrests they got from the airport brawl I would have a logical reason to assume them weaker but they don't appear that way.

Meanwhile the Ibrahim's have Notorious and their army of Lebanese thugs for protection/muscle. They own/manage a heap of clubs in the Cross where they can distribute drugs and make a fortune (They all live in mansions and drive bentleys, mercs and lambo's). Shouldn't they have a bigger war chest and recruiting power then the Comanchero?

Seems that John is trying so hard to project being 'an honest businessman' that his hands are tied when it comes to hitting back. In saying that he has notorious and Sam behind him so things should still be getting done. When Fadi was shot action had to be taken and the shooter is still breathing. That screams of weakness and invites his rivals to take a shot. John is always surrounded by minders which is one reason why Fadi was targeted, he was an easier mark. In answer to your question Id say anyone is able to be got at including John but he makes it harder than most :)

That makes sense. I guess sooner or later John has to deliver the famous godfather 3 line "once they thought I was out, they pull me back in" and get more involved in the other side of his Kings Cross based business which is to manage his muscle to not end up in the position of having his clubs being stood over or worse by bikies. Or if he really wants out of the game to sell all his clubs and move to a simpler life where he can visit his mum without being shot at.

Who do you think will come out on top?

In regards to the Comanchero's - let's not forget they aren't exactly the (relatively) new kids on the block that Notorious Pseudo-MC is.

the the OMC culture in Australia died the day they let the Lebanese start to join their ranks, the Lebanese do not hold the same principles towards the OMC culture as westerners. And before everyone starts screaming racism look at the facts, Sam Ibrahim started Notorious as an OMC yet most of them dont even ride bikes, and the patch on their backs is just a numbers game to say "ive got the biggest gang, just take a look at how many wear our patch". The quality of drugs is down the plug hole because the Lebos dont give a fuck what they sell to the "Aussies" as long as theres money to be made. Good point mister. Evidently when Notorious was started the recruitment consisted of 'join us and you can do whatever the hell you want'. The period of earning your stripes and respect failed to exist. Im unsure if any caucasians joined but from arrest reports the names seem predomantly middle eastern and islander. Its wrong for the media to identify them as an omg as I dont think anyone has ever seen them near a motorcycle

Drugs in Sydney are awesome. Its at its biggest peak ever. There is nufn u cant get here. Ur right about the rest. Bikie gangs dont contribute to much at all except there home made backyard shit "base" thats floating about. Funny thing is that theres never a shortage of that LOL

Mate are you serious? Ive been around drugs in Sydney since 1990 and I can promise you its far from at its peak right now, yeah theres some MDMA crystal around and some half descent charlie around but not in abundance. Mate it doesnt even come close to the years 1992 - 2000, not even close, most of the drugs in Sydney now are diluted, cut and stepped on to the max. And before anyone starts with the "you just have crap sources"......no I dont

Sorry mate, but greenlighter, bluelighter, moderator or admin is irrelevant when it comes to correcting a poster on their bigotry.

Obviously there is some level of respect that comes with higher 'status', but this does not excuse offensive comments by them. In any given thread the quality of any individual post has much more relevance than the so called 'status' of the individual poster, except in the case of moderators having to intervene for legitimate reasons.

It is worth remembering that all bluelighters were once greenlighters, and a superior attitude like yours is a sure fire way to turn many greenlighters away.

I didnt phrase it correctly. Everyone has there ups and downs. When u mite be able to get sumfn the other person nearby cant. Dont wanna sound too big headed but there is nufn u cant get in Sydney. No one said u have crap sources. Its all about who u know and what connections u have. I agree with u tho that it is harder to source. I only moved back here few years ago so i cant tell u how it was back in 2000 except going from Aussie friends words. MDMA is harder to come by globally not just Australia. We might not even be into the same things. I prefer opiates and pharms thesedays and there is no shortage of that whereas the Joe next door might have difficulties scoring some.
