Hi all. Ok no response to my questions. Probably because they are buried in way to long a post. I'll try t be more succinct
Question 1.and 2.Given the daily use I am currently at, am I taking enough b12? What damage am I doing that could be caused by lack of b12?
I am aware of potential nerve damage form the beautiful souls that try to help us when we ask pleading ignorance and need.
I am taking close to 50000 mcg b12 orally per day, gradually throughout. Also by doc gives me im shots, 10,000 once a week. I always feel a lot better for at least a day, sometimes 48 hours after. I have been getting the tingly feelings since I started using nitrous regularly They have subsided in intensity since I started with the b12 shots and continuously b12 greatly.
My doc is not concerned except for the compulsive use. At this time given lack of evidence of any evidence that she is aware of, other than anecdotal,. Granted she doesn't know the amounts I am at now.
Question 3. I am not using medical grade and no balloon. What, other than frost bite or pressure wounds on my lungs are ther
Question. 4. I am experiencing what I think, are physical withdrawal symptoms when I don't use. How could this be from a non physically addictive substance?
I have come off many things physically addictive and not after compulsive use. Cocaine for example. Lots of crazy cravings but no minor "junk sick" like symptoms I experience these days from nitrous.
Question 5. I would like to know if a medical detox might be necessary.
I am currently off work due to stress leave (can ya tell

I am seizure prone, (no grand mal in 7 yers yay! and have had grand mals from alcohol and and benzo withdrawal, but not opiates. Opiates were.. messy.. and painful. Reason I mention this is I understand that nitrous and benzos use the same receptors. I am also physically, actively addicted to benzos, (not or get high, i wish

medically necessary atm. given the seizure issue and e=very bad anxiety)
I want to know this information for myself and others I may encounter.
I am very grateful for all the I ifo received from this site and the time to not only maintain, ir but also for being there for people
