What do you all do while on MXE? I am on it right now and feel the need to do something other than sit here on my computer or watch tv. It's like an urge to do SOMETHING but I don't know what. My damn schizophrenic dog is chasing shadows and I can't help but feel envious of her. I need a mission.

Wandering the world is what I want to do at this very moment, but I am having trouble even walking to the refrigerator so I can't imagine trying to wander the world. And there is no way I would attempt to drive right now. Crawling around like an animal might raise suspicions.

For all you USA people, this is interesting.. I ordered MXE on Dec 9th (which turned out to be fake), and it took exactly 31 days to get to me through the USPS, as it just "showed up" in my mailbox. It was not tampered with by customs either, so I have no idea what held it up. Then on Jan 7th I ordered more MXE from 2 different places, hoping one would at least be real. They both went out that day with tracking numbers. Every day I checked the tracking numbers and nothing, no record in the USPS system of even having them. It's like they didn't exist. I checked today and still nothing. Then, I get home from work, 3 hours after my last tracking number check and theres a note in my mailbox telling me one of the orders is at my post office! I then checked tracking again and it was finally updated within that 3hr timeframe from not even being in the system to "tried to deliver but no one home". Simply amazing!!! It still says nothing about my other order that was also shipped on Jan 7th but maybe when I goto get the order thats in, the other one will be there too. Then, after being ripped off the first time with bunk junk, hopefully one of the two I get now will be the real deal. So the moral of the story is to just forget you ordered MXE and then it will just "show up"..

Tell me about it. Am in the UK and just today received a package of "something" that was sent before Xmess locally. The UK stops working when it snows and we've been waist-deep in in it for weeks in some areas. Patience is a virtue. And lack of patience is frustrating as hell. Stuff takes just as long to arrive at its destination either way.

I've been occasionally experimenting with MXE and figured I'd share my thoughts.

MXE appears to have therapeutic value in high doses when you allow it to guide the experience internally while not trying to interact with the external physical world. Being able to remember & retain things learned afterward is the hard part, unlike with classic psychedelics. I like how MXE is able to take me very deep, but in a mostly non-threatening way. There have been short moments where it would intensify and become threatening in a strange way making me briefly think I would be stuck in this state or end up a permanently brain-damaged vegetable but I have always come back down after. Sometimes with higher doses it took a long time to fully come down. One of the last times it took a couple days after the trip to return to normal but this was after repeated high dosing over the night.

MXE experience for me is very salvia-like but in an enjoyable way unlike salvia. There are also some DMT aspects to it that are hard to describe.

There is something interesting about colors with MXE. Especially red, yellow, and green. Is this just me or does anyone else notice this? There is also something salviaesque about the red and yellow to me, always brings back memories of salvia breakthrough where I saw the exact same version of those colors.

During an M1 comedown with that annoying stimulation I figured a low dose NMDA-antagonist like MXE may be able to lessen the stimulation. I was aware there may be potential unknown risks so I was careful and slowly tapered up small doses watching for any negative reaction in my body. It helped some so I tried more and the MXE seduced me to take it all the way and go deep. Since there was no negative interaction noticed I thought 'why not'. What I first intended to be a low dose to smooth out the stimulation turned into a desire to kick it up into a full blown internalized experience. During the experience I no longer felt any of the uncomfortable stimulation and it felt the same as if I had done MXE under normal conditions.

Overall I find MXE to be a very interesting compound with much potential that needs to be understood better to maximize therapeutic efficacy.

I am interested in hearing others thoughts on my observations.

Dosed 20mg first, then waited 3 hours and re-dosed with 30 something

Mixed it on the tail-end of a MDMA/Alcohol session after smoking weed, complete confusion I was loving it at the time myself personally, but had short-term memory loss and kept repeating myself and talking shite. At the time it felt great though, proper fucked upness.

Possibly in low doses, but the long duration and intense confusion may not be comfortable during a comedown.

I'm sure someone who has actually tried to use it as a comedown softener may have more valuable input.

Household stuff seems to be fun. It is nice to order stuff. Everything needs to have its own place in the world. This stuff makes you dumb beyond recognition, so I found doing the dishes rather challenging. Ordering the dishes seemed to be a real puzzle. Especially with the time like loops. (Dishes are on the kitchen table, dishes are in the sink. Dishes are on the kitchen table. You are done. Dishes are on the kitchen table). But the result was a neat and extremely clean kitchen.

Talking over all your faults and wrong doings with your girlfriend gives a rather powerful experience. Painfully seductive. Which all leads to:

Sex, sex, sex, and especially the depraved and deviant type of sex. (If you are into it). This is extremely fun.

Hahaha...I definitely recognize that.

I still don't really know if I like this substance or not. It feels very sterile and cold to me. Furthermore it's lacking any depth like ketamine and other dissociatives and with the "dumb beyond recognition" it just don't feel worth spending more time on at the moment.

Maybe I'm going revisit it later on though.

I found the opposite to be true.. it takes me a fairly large dose to hit that threshold where the real magic starts to show. This stuff can take me pretty deep with the right dose.

The higher doses seem paradoxically more clear-headed than lower ones in a strange way too.

I am taking less than 30 mg a time. It just decreases your cognitive abilities, which is part of the fun. Simple things become an amazing puzzle. But reading is an extremely difficult task.

I like the freeing of social conventions, which made it easy to talk about stuff I never would without this stuff. But I believe this is because, I cannot comprehend social conventions any more on it. Intelligence comes with a price. And in my case it is more than reasonable paranoia. It felt good to be free from it. This stuff is not dumb. It has therapeutic value.

It was possibly the most powerful experience of my life. I broke down, was built up again and was broken down again. Luckily my girlfriend felt something was b0rked in me. Otherwise the end result would have been different. Like bad sex and no (probably temporary) personality change. The dishes were fun in all cases.

For me low doses are where the magic is.

Besides, I also take selegiline on the side. Which seems to go fine along. But it must have added effects. I am not writing an experience report about the pure compound.

It is certainly lacking warmth at some level. It has some dark side in the trip. It is different from ketamine. The detachment from the world is greater than on ketamine (in relation to the sedation). The sedation is less than on ketamine. Ketamine is superior in my opinion.
