The Big & Dandy Methoxetamine (MXE) Thread - Chapter 14

I get MXE afterglow every time! It's similar to aMT afterglow but it only lasts 24-48 for MXE. I have noticed that if I have to work the next day after taking a medium to large-ish amount that the next day at work I will always be in the most amazing mood! I have only noticed this also happening after aMT but with aMT the afterglow lasts about a week to ten days and usually doesn't manifest until 48 hours after taking the aMT.
I only do MXE roughly once a month and at most twice a month. I would expect that using MXE on a daily basis might kill the afterglow effects.
 
I used to use it once a week, got a glow for nearly a year... but the glow started to get a bit manic and changed a bit.. then it dissapeared

Cant imagine doing the stuff daily

Havent had an AMT glow yet, only done it 3 times though. might have to give it another go sometme. seems golden at 50/60mg for me. the 4 hour comeup is annoying though
 
If you're willing to do rectal admin, AMT will come up in 1.5 to 2 hours max, it's a lot smoother too. I categorically prefer it.
 
My afterglow usually is just an overall good mood and whites are still super bright. Getting into work in the AM, takes a few hours til my mind is awake for the color balance to return.

TBH MXE is getting boring compared to other things at the same cost. I think I need a very extended break from dissos. Can anyone with past experience tell me if you were EVER able to return close to the point where 25mg doses were epic? The amount I have to take now for a head change is too high. I've even noticed that it's effected how THC reacts. I used to have amazing nights on MXE, puffing nonstop and reaching amazing levels. Some moments that simply can't be explained but was amazing. Now even after a week free of MXE, I find getting stoned to be harder than ever. I still get stoned, but not what I feel I should be given the past.

I don't want to cut it out of my life, but I need a break from it. When something amazing becomes boring, that's not good.

Way to hurt a guy's feelings:( .....j/k. I am generally terrible at typing with mxe in my system. I was supposed to be done with this stuff and yet I have another 5gs enroute:p.

What about duration? I'm still eager to try IM aMT, It's just finding two days to set aside for it.

Even as a virgin to disacociatives, 25mg MXE was never close to epic. 50-75mg has always been where it's at for me.

Did you try smoking pot on 25mg when you had next to no tolerance, though? 30mg and a bong rip blew me the fuck away the first time I tried mxe.

The total duration of the peak and plateau seems relatively the same, maybe SLIGHTLY less. The total duration is shorter by a few hours but it's because it reduces the come-up time as well as the trailing stimulation.

Also, for rectal at least, the dose is the same, unlike with most other substances, or maybe at most 10-15% lower.

Alright. How much do you weigh, if you don't mind me asking? I don't know, but maybe the fact that I used to smoke strong indica hash with roasted tobacco had a stronger effect than bud when combined with mxe. Maybe I just felt the effects more because I was new to drugs back then and had only smoked hash prior to doing mxe.
 
15mg (oral) is more than enough to get 'high'. i take this dose 3 times a night if I'm out. or 10mg caps. that's with small tolerance.

I'm 200lbs and 6 foot 2 inches tall.
Don't get me wrong, I can certainly feel MXE's effects at 25mg but it's extremely manageable. I really don't care for MXE until I'm approaching "hole" territory.

Right, ok. I'm guessing it was a combination of me being a twig at like 135lbs when I started with mxe, and the fact that I was really new to drugs that such a small dose with weed would blow me away.
 
Ah yes, I should have mentioned that I've been smoking weed for over 15 years (since I was 13) and weed just doesn't affect me like it used to. That is probably a major factor as well. I do find that if I take MXE and smoke weed that talking becomes a bit more difficult. I do feel a bit retarded sometimes trying to have an in depth conversation on weed & MXE.

Ah, that makes more sense then.

I've received some mxe in the mail just recently. It's my first time with it since the UK ban so it has been a while. After the UK ban I did a load of stimulants for a while and eventually ended up with pretty bad anxiety induced by ethylphenidate, because I overdid it. Now I'm pretty much over this anxiety by getting completely sober for a while now as well as eating healthy and exercising etc. Now, I've dosed mxe a few times in the past few days, but it hasn't been great, honestly. I just tried fairly low doses like 30-40 mg, but I'm not getting the pleasant euphoria that I had gotten so used to before the ban. I'm positive that this is some good mxe, but I'm thinking that doing a lot of stimulants may have taken the magic away from mxe a bit. Do you think that's possible? Keep in mind I've been sober for probably 6 months to a year now. Gonna try a higher dose in a few days time probably so I guess I'll find out for sure then.
