I've seen a lot of people post various ways to keep hydrated during the iboga experience, most importantly to maintain sufficient electrolytes in blood plasma to allow for effective re-polarization of cardio-muscular tissue. Many suggest supplements that can be bought on amazon or at a local store like pedialyte or oral hydration salt packets. Well, I recommend coconut water! Besides the broad spectrum of ions/minerals, there are plenty of carbs and amino acids as well; a bit more comprehensive than the aforementioned products. I'd say it's worth the extra bucks to have a few liters of this around for a flood, which pales in comparison to the cost of an EKG and iboga alkaloids themselves... Lord knows I did.
