IMO, 4-AcO-DMT is by far the best psychedelic of the ones you mentioned. 2C-E is also a superb psychedelic.
Be aware though, that these two compounds are very serious psychedelics; they are every bit as ego-crushing as LSD. 2C-E in particular will shatter you to your very core; I've taken LSD probably a hundred times sometimes up to dosages as high as 2mg, and that in no way prepared me for the interdimensional vortex of insanity that 22mg of 2C-E induced-- not to mention, the bodyload can be really intense.
4-AcO-DMT is feather light, extremely benign on the body, and cosmically deep like LSD. I honestly don't think it bears much resemblance to mushrooms, qualitatively the experience is very different. Its a true gem of the psychedelic pharmacopeia.
2C-I is fun, but in many ways its more of a euphoriant than a true psychedelic; although occasionally it can get a bit deep. Its worlds apart from the likes of LSD, psilacetin, or 2C-E. The bodyload isn't bad in reasonable doses of 2C-I though, anything under about 22mg will be comfortable but stimulating.
DMT would also be a great choice, an extraction can be done on mimosa hostilis root bark very quickly and with great ease. Just take all proper safety precautions around lye and solvents.
The only other advice I have is:
MUSIC!

Listen to it, make it, dance to it, whatever. :D
Personally, I think listening to the Grateful Dead under the influence of psychedelics is absolute bliss. But listen to whatever music moves you; complicated music with a high level of musicianship goes best with psychedelics IMO, because you have such an enhanced ability to process and appreciate musical stimuli while in the psychedelic state. Without the aid of music, its nearly impossible to reach certain intense states of psychedelic bliss. Music and psychedelics is the perfect combination.
Good luck and happy traveling on your psychedelic journey friend.
