Acid can allow for deeper appreciation of music (yes, even electronic music...i know, gasp). However, IME it will not make bad music good. It will simply amplify your appreciation (or ability to appreciate) music that you already enjoy sober.
The problem with going to a concert with LSD is that you have no control over the music. If it turns out you don't really dig electro-house, or that a series of meh tracks drop, you dont really have a way to *stop* the music or change the track. If you're not allowed to go in and out of the place, especially.
I find that tracks I enjoy while sober (mostly EDM) are GREATLY enhanced during the peak of LSD. I'm able to slow sounds down, break tracks down into layers, and match visuals to music. It's my favourite thing to do while on LSD next to dancing.
