LSA (HBWR) seeds + salvia leaves
I ate 3 HBWR seeds, followed by 3 seeds at T+2 hours, also smoked some salvia leaves during the first hour while waiting for the comeup. The salvia gave me a great body buzz not unlike weed but I had no 'breakthrough'.
Now at T+3 hours I felt very relaxed, things started to vibrate and colors were brighter, and something happened to me which kicked my ADHD right out the door: I laid down on my couch and got a clear, focused mindstate which was very different than my usual "quick quick gotta go do something etc" ADHD side.
During the entire trip I felt extremely mellow, and even while I am typing this right now I still can feel some sort of mellow afterglow and peace of mind.
8 hours after ingestion I took my usual 10 mg Diazepam and floated away on my couch into the dreamworld, sleeping for a good 12 hours. :D
I am very happy with my first trip, and want to try the LSA seeds in a few weeks again to see if a higher dose gives me more visuals, but for a first time tripper this was as good as it can get IMHO.

No idea about any of the rating scales you people use, can anyone give me a link so I can rate my first trip, thanks
