The Big & Dandy DMT Thread - The Fifth Symphony

^ Hmmmm. I've often wondered if I see these types of shapes and creatures because I was already familiar with Woodring's work before I began seriously using DMT in earnest. I really do see very similarly-themed things, especially like the yellow star-creature in the background in the center piece. Also, everything looks very shiny and puffy, like it's made out of rubber or toy balloons.

A lot of architecture also reminds me of my DMT visions. I was in the local library the other day and the interior was very reminiscent of structures I've seen in hyperspace. I'll take and post a picture this weekend. :)

Yeah, I'm not a very big "visual" tripper, honestly. Even on a DMT breakthrough experience, I don't really see anything unless I'm really deliberately looking for something. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised though. Maybe if I kept my eyes open I'd see a lot more?

There was a display in front of this seemingly endless wormhole.. from memory it seemed like some sort of goddess guiding me through.. telling me to follow her? Showing me how everything is and ever has been.

I think it reached a point where she showed me the 'reality' i understand it to be is nothing but an illusion my mind was creating.. this is where i felt like i needed to open my eyes to make sure it was still there? And yeah nothing did make sense except my experience.. hence why i guess i spiraled into a paranoia of feeling psychotic by making eye contact with people.. but been unable to identify with them or 'react'.

I'll definitely give it another shot in the future, im pretty sure the shaking was due to anxiety about me believing i had psychosis.. along with me having a difficult time to grasp what was been presented to me. Im extremely open minded.. but some of that was shown to me.. was totally unexpected.

Ha, them DMT demons sure know how to play tricks on human elemntals.

Seriusly, find out what the herbs are- do you know if theres a slang term for the blend, because I'll probably be able to tell you whats in it...

Also- do remember at all times, REALITY IS AN ILLUSION created by your mind; without Mind, there is no reality to perceive....:) <3
 
Weird, I was reading this right before I went to bed last night, and had a dream where i hit some DMT and started tripping. Coolest part is the dream turned to color as soon as I hit the DMT and the visuals were the exact same I would of seen!! Can't believe the mind sometimes

I think I read that one of the big DMT advocates (Mckenna, maybe) had a dream where he smoked DMT and then tripped. I had a dream where I took acid, and I tripped, but it was a weird trip. Still fun though!
 
Had my first DMT experience tonight. It was pretty awesome. I didnt smoke enough to break through or anything but it was sick none the less. Everything was kind of moving, like my carpet had rivers running though it and shit, really cool.=D I will definitely be venturing back.

I smoked it out of a bong. Getting a vape tomorrow. To those more experienced with DMT, is a vape alot better to use while smoking DMT?

People say it works, but I've never been able to get it to work nearly as well as using a bong. My vape just can't be hit fast enough to get the dose you need.
 
Well guys, I came across 200mg of N-N DMT.

The friends who got it for me smoked 100mg each on their first time. They obviously had break through experiences that they said lasted around 15 or 20 minutes. That being said, that sounds like a huge dose to smoke, and I believe it's because they didn't vape the stuff well.

They said they held the lighter a distance away and let it barely touch the crystals wrapped in parsley. From what I understand, you want the flame to be near the substance so it consistently heats it up to smoking amounts without wating much, right?

So.... I want to trip (obviously), but I fear that if I did 100mg in a proper fashion that it could be over the top for even me. I know I will be blown away, but I have over 100 trips total under my belt. (Highlights in terms of intensity include sigma DXM doses, candyflipping, and big 2C-X doses.)

So.... what is a estimated dose that if I smoke properly will likely let me break through (or at least have me tripping real hard) with a reduced chance of freaking out?

Thanks on any guesses, I know there is no perfect dose for everybody, but an estimate including my experience and physical features (6' 3", college aged male, 180lb) would be appreciated.

MMMM I'm trying DMT for the first time this weekend...been waiting for so long - wanted to feel right about it...stargazing and DMT...think it will be about right ;)

think Im gonna hit about 80mg - reckon that should ensure a good time hehehe
 
vaporising DMT

a thought occurs relating to smoking freebase DMT: could one vaporise it efficiently in the same way as one vaporises freebase Heroin; on tin foil with a tube to draw up the smoke? and would this allow you to inhale enough and in a short enough space of time to breakthrough?

or should i just start hunting for a freebase pipe before i extract? (i get the feeling they might be a bit difficult to come by)..
