Shulgin's opinion or not, 5-MeO-DiPT being a sex drug is nothing more than hype. I've had mindblowing sex on nearly every psychedelic I've taken. The only one that gave me problems in fact was 5-MeO-DiPT because of the intense body-load. I couldn't have sex with 5-MeO-DiPT until it was almost over, and it wasn't any better than sex on other materials.

We aren't always on the same page when this happens, but when she has been able to pull me into her turned on state, I've experienced the negative body load transform into very powerful sexual energy.

Yeah some can be more sexual than others. For me, the one that seems to produce the most sexual enhancement is 4-AcO/Ho-DET. That is my 'foxy' drug.

actually he never states that foxy is a sex drug in the article. Like you he finds the body load too much and he basically states that foxy is worthless. The lady writting the article is the one who is hyping it up as a sex drug. I found the writing intresting because its the first time i've ever heard of 5meodipt being used as a stimulant for sex. The journalist goes to all these underground sex clubs where they eat this stuff and have orgies,.

I certainly do not. If I want an LSD trip, I'll take LSD. If I want a night of nice, freaky sex with my girlfriend without a whole lot of distractions, I'll take 5-MeO-DiPT. That said, the sexual enhancement on around 500 micrograms of LSD is stunning, if you (and your partner) can manage to hold it all together.

Sex enhancer or not, Playboy should not be galanting around hyping 5-meo-dipt as the new sexdrug. It is irresponsible, the last thing we need is a bunch of weirdos dosing up on foxy as a sexual enhancement. If that were to happen you can bet we will start hearing more aboiut it in the news.

5-MeO-DiPT is not at all the only drug Shulgin states as having a sensual effect. Infact, it sounds like most psychedelic drugs make the guy horny. And I'm inclined to believe he's crazy and psychedelic drugs is just his thing.
As well, I've known dozens of people who have tried 5-MeO-DiPT not ever knowing about the whole "foxy" thing. None of them at all mentioned feeling sexual or sensual at any dose.
So as far as I'm concerned, it's not going to make you horny unless you already have sex on your mind or you believe it's going to have an aphrodesiac effect.
As well, I've known dozens of people who have tried 5-MeO-DiPT not ever knowing about the whole "foxy" thing. None of them at all mentioned feeling sexual or sensual at any dose.
So as far as I'm concerned, it's not going to make you horny unless you already have sex on your mind or you believe it's going to have an aphrodesiac effect.
