The Big & Dandy 3-MeO-PCP Thread - Part 2

I meant on dissociatives. Yeah motor skills become enhanced on psychedelics, or for me they do, guitar playing and sexy time is amazing.
I meant dissociatives as well. At really high dose MXE it becomes hard and clearly high dose ketamine isn't really possible but I find 3-MeO-PCP pretty easy to type on. I really don't get the same speech or motor impairment most do, though at really high doses I do get the weirder speech ones but it only happened once where I got a hilirious stutter.

To be clear the speech issues were actually pretty minor compared to ketamine, so was motor impairment...but even 12hr later my typing is still off, I haven't tried to play guitar yet, but I imagine that would be off also. But something about this drug, it just doesn't feel 'right' to me. I feel like I have brain damage from it. Yeah, I won't say never again but most of the other drugs I have said 'never again' about..it was that third trial that caused me to write it off..so I imagine I'll try 3-MeO-PCP with a psychedelic once for my third trial and take it from there. ;)

I only tried 3 meo Pcp on a few occasions but never saw the appeal in it other than the novelty. MXE is a lot more fun, with a distinct positive push, and is still very deep at high doses.

In hindsight I do prefer MXE but I never got a positive push from it. The 3-MeO-PCP actually was euphoric in the begining but so is strong coffee. I wouldn't call MXE or 3-MeO-PCP fun either, but I seriously wish I could since I can''t get any K.

Certainly the 3-MeO-PCP was more interesting, but 12hr later and I still feel impaired from it. I cannot understand how anyone would enjoy this state of mind but different folks for different stokes. I think for me, it is clear that other than ketamine, I simply must not enjoy dissociatives.

how is best to take this? ive tried it doses between 5-8 mg under the tounge, is that the best?
how do u go IM this? ive never done it before, just IV.

I'm in the habit of saying, "IM injection" but in actuality I always take things via 'sub-Q injection' i.e. subcutaneous, i.e. under the skin injection...I use diabetic needles and inject in the same place an insulin patient would (arm, or bootee).

I prepare injectables using saline solution.

. I mix ingredients inside a syringe, attach the needle with wheel filter, and aim into an empty bottle for inject-able fluids.

One can use a simple wheel filter to sterilize, or whatever means of sterilizing you find works for you.

Usually just weigh out a 10 mg dose and do say 20 mg in a day, so 2 x 10 mg doses per day. This stuff lasts a while as well. You can also do SC (in your stomach with diabetic needle) vs IM which is in my leg outer upper quadrant. Have not had the pleasure for a while now :(. I'd not recommend much more than 20 mg in one dose and I'd not redose after that.

What a strange chemical. Much more "medicinal" than MXE...

I don't know if my tolerance went up to crazy amounts but their was a time when I was doing 50mgish lines towards the end of a 700 mg stash... I am amazed and freaked out at how much I was able to do.

Ended up flushing about .250 ...buying another, doing some , flushing it again.

Was having a lot of weird jaw and movement problems... One distinct memory is of doing some (unknown... 40+mgs usually) and smoking some herb ... A few minutes later my flex response was all bizarre, grabbed a plant with my left hand very hard by accident , as if barely in control . Had negative experiences of leg locking up and backs spasms...

All the excersize at the gym on this , not paying attention to body aches and pains surely didn't help. What a guilty pleasure.Derpey derpey derpey.

One weird thing was how much a cigarette would instantly fix the movement problems.

I have memories of a lot of really negative body effects happening at such doses. Very vague memories though , most of that period of time is now pretty foggy. This was only a month or two ago.

Ugh. :/ What a love hate relationship though. I really like the effects, but I know it is so so very bad for my mind.

Such an emotional/mental blocking effect.I hope my memory comes back...

Coluracetam from research I have read is one of the few things that will repair PCP induced neurodeficits.

This is pretty much the most powerful dissociative around right now...pKI uM value of 20 (higher number binds weaker) compared to Ketamine at 659uM and MXE at 259uM. Jeeze.

Two words : Play-doh.

Do you have a link for that research? and are you aware if other racetams have been shown not to be effective in fixing pcp (I presume you mean 3-Meo-PCP) neural damage or have they just not been tested.

Out of interest why do you describe it as 'medicinal'?

I tried a combo like this a couple of times (once with 2C-C and once with 25I-NBOMe) and I didn't get good effects at all...I ended up in an uncomfortably anxious state of mind overcast with feelings of gloom and doom added by the 3-MeO-PCP. YMMV of course, but I wouldn't recommend it.

"Subsequent exposure to the choline uptake enhancer MKC-231 (coluracetam) antagonizes phencyclidine-induced behavioral deficits and reduction in septal cholinergic neurons in rats.

Abstract

This study examined the effects of subsequent, subchronic, treatment with choline uptake enhancer MKC-231 on the behavioral and cellular deficits induced by repeated PCP exposure in rats. Prior subchronic PCP exposure resulted in increased locomotion following an acute PCP or cocaine challenge, but resulted in decreased locomotor activity in response to a carbachol-challenge. MKC-231 significantly antagonized the alterations in the locomotor responses to cocaine and carbachol, but not to PCP. In the novel object recognition test, repeated PCP exposure caused cognitive deficits in rats, and the PCP-induced cognitive deficits were antagonized by MKC-231. In contrast, no effects of PCP exposure were shown in the repeated passive avoidance test. Furthermore, repeated PCP exposure decreased a number of choline acetyltransferase (ChAT)-positive cells in the medial septum and increased dynorphin A expression in the ventral striatum. Moreover, MKC-231 significantly antagonized the changes in septal ChAT-positive cells, but not the changes in ventrostriatal dynorphin A expression. These results suggest that MKC-231 could be a therapeutic drug for the treatment of schizophrenia."

Why do I do I describe it as medicinal?Chiefly, less emotional impact and less "prettyness". I find it more useful for depression than other NMDA antagonists , the small doses seem less hard on the system, and all in all, it seems to act more as a "tool" more so as something recreational. It is just such a strong NMDA antagonist I can see why many people don't find it recreational. So much numbey. Less confusion than MXE , less memory issues . I like this this is a sigma-1 agonist. Smartness!

Seriously, how many other people have had the play-doh experience? On large doses , things look like they are modeled out of playdoh, all imperfections in objects cease... Color saturation and edge is still there... It's kind of funny.

Tried a few 3-4 times maybe
did first 10 mg then 15 mg maybe 2 hours later one night wich made me really euphoric but i kinda lose the sense about time
i use to take it under the tounge and then the effects comes on after about 1 and a half hour later i think. Lasts good for 2 hours then it slowely goes down.

am i right about this or can anyone with more experience with this tell me something else

I said that to allow myself the possibility, but I had some ketamine the other day (a lucky find, 200mg meant for a camping trip in 2009) and got to rethink 3-MeO-PCP...and in my opinion it is not fit for human consumption. Even MXE is a tolerable experience...ketamine felt so clean and nice...if I didn't consider it a sin to flush drugs, I'd throw the 3-MeO-PCP in the toilet. If anything, it is cool to look at the vial, the same way one likes looking at baseball cards. I bet we have similar mileage with regard to this particular travesty for a drug. I don't know what F&B and Hugo were thinking when they gave this one such praise...those guys especially should have way better taste than to give this a seal of approval. YMMV of course. ;)

Lenses, how the fuck are you functioning at 40mg+ doses!?

If I go 4-5mg past the manic stage of 10-15mg orally, it rapidly and completely changes qualitatively to the point that standing is inadvisable, a full on dissociative experience which makes all but the most basic functions impossible.

I understand using it to work out, or as a mood enhancer at the manic range I mentioned, or even a bit less. Do you have an ungodly tolerance to NMDA antagonists?

yeah even with my insane dissociative tolerance i blackout and do stupid shit on 40mg. i sometimes try to walk i guess (can tell by the wake of weirdness in my house), but i'm sure i'm not walking very well.

The lack of coordination caused by this class of drugs is truly unique. It's not as stumbly as being benzo-ed out and drunk, but it's certainly odd feeling. I can still remember the first true trip I had with a buddy on DXM and remember him walking with his arms outstretched (zombie like, but waving to the sides for balance) and a kind of gait that I haven't seen before or since. It was oddly rigid, it almost looks like a person who, for the first time after a stroke or major brain injury, is trying to move about.
