Just keep in mind that at an active dose, it gives a plasma concentration that produces a significant degree of MAO inhibition, so certain drugs are best avoided in combination with 2C-T-7 (MDMA instantly springs to mind)
Would 2C-T-7 work then with oral administration of DMT?
This would be an interesting experiment -- it's very possible. I would try that with this and 2c-t-2. Since DMT is traditionally used with an MAOI, it's probably on the safer side.
Wait. I thought this has already been answered here... in this very thread, possibly even.
I thought it was determined 2c-t-7 does not provide enough mao inhibition at normal dosages to be able to activate oral DMT. It would require more 2ct7 than anyone would ever want to take. Perhaps I'm thinking of something else...
Smoked DMT gets in your blood stream so quickly that whatever MAOI properties 2C-T-7 has aren't likely to make a noticeable difference in intensity. 2C-T-7's psychedelic properties will make a difference in intensity and quality, no doubt, and the smoked DMT may last slightly longer if MAO is busy with 2C-T-7, though.Fair enough. But if it has MAO inhibition properties, will it potentiate smoked DMT? Or is it the same story? I find that hard to believe when combing MDMA with T-7 is considered to be so dangerous.
I wouldn't risk slightly overlapping 2c-t-7 with MDMA: here is why.
Has anyone tried taking 2C-T-7 at the very end of MDMA, like the 5 hour point or so? It'd be nice if I could get the MDMA to lead into a 2C-T-7 trip, but it does take quite a while to come up fully, too. Any thoughts?
I would consider plugging it whenever I get around to doing it again.
