Good to know, thanks. I'm still not sure if I'm going to go through with this but if I do I'll definitely try 10 mg.

I found 25mg's intense but not quite enough. Orally that is. 30-35, was just perfect. Heaps of visuals and incredibly amazing. I feel that 10mg would be a waste. Although I'd still have it.


Had E after 2ct7 had worn off, with half a trip, that was quite intense and yet amazingly beautiful. Everything was so bright and pretty and I felt so loved up and happy to be strolling home at 6 in the morning.
 
dk, slow down... do some research... know what you're asking for... and then we can tell you that we cant tell you.
 
dkennedy - it's against Bluelight guidelines to ask about how to synthesize or source drugs. If you want to know about DMT and 2C-T-7, check Erowid first - it's where you find out about most any drug. Then after that, read through from the beginning of this thread to learn more about 2C-T-7. And for DMT, check the Big and Dandy DMT thread (and the previous archived versions from older posts, here).

In general, when you want to ask about or read about a substance here in PD, use the Best of PD page and follow the links. And put your postys in the appropriate thread.

To learn about how to synthesize drugs, read PIHKAL and TIHKAL (2C-T-7 is in PIHKAL), by Dr. Shulgin. I think you'll see that to do it you'll need to be a very accomplished chemist with a fully stocked lab.

Also, you can't possibly expect us to reply to your questions within a couple of minutes. Have some patience. And in general, Bluelight isn't here to make your every request for information effortless to obtain. It's here to intelligently discuss drugs and make it as easy as possible to other people to later come and find information on their own. Plus, if we just tell you everythying you want, you won't have done any of the research yourself, and in order to safely and responsibly use these chemicals it requires a person to take a little initiative and do the research. The information is there, so start searching. :)
 
Yes, it's a relatively weak MAOI but still is one. I don't think it'd be strong enough to make DMT orally active but it's dangerous to combine with stimulants, except for caffeine, of course. It might make you dissociate and/or have psychosis, or it might do nothing at all, but there's a really high risk of something going wrong and I would never risk it.

how long do t7's effects seem to last for you guys? I've sampled it a few times at varying amounts from 20 mgs up to 35 mgs, but it only lasts about 7 hrs total. I'll dose, then maybe an hour in begin to feel the effects, at about two hours in I hit my plateau, and around the 7 hour mark I'm basically fully down. How does this compare to your experiences? All the literature I've read say to expect a trip that lasts up to 12-14 hrs.

I got this chemical from a pretty trusted source so I'd be surprised if what i was taking wasn't 2ct7.
 
Are you taking it orally or by another method? When I take it orally it takes about 3 hours to come up, and an hour to even feel much of anything. If I take it rectally or nasally it follows approximately the timeline you've suggested.
 
The dosages I list are for 2C-T-7 taken after MDMA or MDA. On its own, 10mg is a +1 at best.

Thats good. I think thats where im goin have to go, around 30-35mg. 13mg and 23mg orally did nothing to me but 10mg seperated into 8 little piles snorted over the course of about 45 minutes was certianly active. Didnt do the whole 10mg though cause the burn was not pleasant at all. Just had to see if it was bunk or not and now i know my batch is good. Why does it seem almost everyone has to go higher with the oral doses then what shulgin said?
17mg 2c-t-2 3 days ago gave a very beautiful, visual experience. lots of swirling,shifting, fractals and the newscaster on the tv in the other room started to sound chaotic and all out of order around the 3-4 hr point while i was peaking. Very psychedelic and amazing. Never done LSD or mushrooms but DMT i do all the time and when the newscaster was starting to not make sense it reminded me of DMT for some reason. Seems like the more i do psychs the better it gets. 2c-t-7 is suppose to be better then 2c-t-2? I cant wait

xorkoth - I'm taking it orally. The largest dose I've taken was 33 mg. Granted, I think I had a moderately full stomach at the time of ingestion, but that shouldn't lower the duration of the experience THAT much...would it?
 
If anything it would lengthen the duration, since it will take longer to absorb. Really, taking any drug orally with much food in there isn't a great idea. I find it will usually never be as strong as it should and it'll take a long time to take effect.
 
Ahh yes. Well I guess that makes sense.

However, my original question still remains. What duration do you guys normally experience with a 25-35 mg dose?
 
Hmm, i never considered it before and think its probably not much of a risk, but is melatonin safe to combine with psychedelics? It is metabolized into 5-meo Tryptamine correct?
 
Yes, it's safe. Some say it helps to make trips stronger if you take melatonin the day before or several days before a trip. I have no idea whether that's true or not, but I do know that it's perfectly safe to combine them.
