ok..so. about two months ago i acquired some 2c-i , in three separate baggys, and strored them in a cigar box. i was there in person when the baggys were filled, and now im lookin at hit and two look the same still with the white substance, but the last (and fullest :/ ) has the powder lookin yellow. did it somehow go bad? i dont think it got filled with anything different...then again i know this person had also yellow rolls at the time..idk. any ideas? pretty sure ima wait on a test kit to be sure

2C-I is damned stable. It should not be degrading.

How yellow is the powder? When you open the baggies and look at it carefully, is it a different color? uniformly? Was it stored near anything that might have contaminated it? (i've seen plenty of stuff diffuse through ziplock bags and stain things near them, or the contents of them (depending on if the crap diffusing was inside or outside of bag, of course))

Yeah, 2ci is very stimulating to begin with.

Anyone still have CEVs since using 2ci? I probably had it coming...tripped 6 times in a month. That includes a 3 day 2ci binge... :o
 
yellow 2CI? Sounds not good, i have 1g 2CI and it´s clearly white fluffy powder, and i know it comes from a reliable source.
 
Mine is also pure white after a couple months of storage, weird. I took a pretty high dose of 2c-i the other day, went on a 2 hour bike ride, felt like I could go on forever, stimulation was still present 12 hours later. On some steep hill parts, I felt like I was on a roller coaster. DMT was amazing on the comedown though :)
 
Swim did it at 14mg, 16mg and 18mg orally and find it really visual and pleasant and special enchantment with music, unless a bit of speedy stimulation. Not hard to ride 2ci, i tried 2ce orally at 17mg and it´s harder for sure, more unpleasant, and more psychedelic in the meaning of the word, mental trips near of acid effects.
What amount did you take? As everybody know about 2c´s family you need 0,001g escale how you dont know the exact amount, eyeballed?8(

I was lucky enough to enjoy a pleasant London sunrise a couple of weeks back from a friend's balcony, on his top (12th) floor apartment, while high on what I would deem my first "proper" experience on 2C-I - my first RC psychedelic and also my first psychedelic in years. Would've been around a 16mg dose.

Absolutely loved it. The colour bleeding and morphing was thoroughly enjoyable. I topped up with a few little third bumps from my ketamine bump, which just made everything even better. The whole vista collapsing into two dimensions while the colours still still bleeding and dripping everywhere, a bird flying past that I felt I could just reach out and pick up - wonderful!! I am excited about doing it again.

Very similar myself, I had not had what I can a proper psych experience for over four years (since I lost it one night on a stupid concoction of LSD, booze and stims) yet had missed them terribly.

We (me and my other half) purchased 500mg of 2C-I and it was the perfect reintroduction to tripping. We had a dose of around 16-17mg each and went for a walk around East London (specifically around the river Lee). It was a perfect day and the wonderful weather coupled with being out in nature really accentuated the effects. We didn't see anythign that wasn't already there but what we did see was beautiful. The sun shing through the trees and reflecting off the water then refracting out into all the colours of the rainbow, aircraft mining the skies for emeralds and runies that would tumble down on our heads and amazing graffiti reaching out as us under disused bridges.

No nausea, no GI problems, dissolved in a bottle of water. Did have a knot in my stomace for about fifteen minutes but when I put down the ultra sweet slush puppy and had a small spliff this soon went.

What I liked was that at this dosage you could pretty much set your watch by it. We dosed at 11:30 AM, were coming up by 12:30 and peaking by 13:30, by 16:30 we felt the effects tapering off and we were drinking bloody marys in a pub by 17:30 and absolutely starving. Spicy Indian food afterwards was lovely and got the endorphoins kicking in again.

Nice day, all in all. will be doing similar tomorrow should the weather hold....
 
I wasn't sure to put this, so I'm tossing it in here.

I moved out of my apt over this past weekend and when I unpacked my 2C-I today I discovered that the container it was in leaked. I had the 2C-I dissolved in a ethanol solution. I lost ~200 mg, still have ~250 mg. However, I did not actually "lose" the 2C-I, it simply leaked out of its container, through the box and into the bag of flour which was directly below it. So now I have a 5 pound bag (unopened) of flour with somewhere around 200 mg of 2C I in it.

Does anyone have an idea on how to recover the 2C-I out of the flour?
 
yeah, i thought it was lost..... maybe I should do a line of flour this weekend
 
Hmm...just got another batch of the stuff. This time it's slightly yellow. Never had it like that before. What do you guys think?
 
hahahha i was so close to commenting this shouldn't really go in this thread (wise owl's post), but too funny hahaha...that's an unfortunate loss - .0 :\

^glow2 - i have never heard of (slightly) yellow 2C-I...only brilliant crystalline white...
 
edit: Oh....looked at it under different lighting conditions. It's white! Whoops

Well...I was on 5 meo mipt when I looked at it, probably had something to do with it... :o
 
just wanted to say, that I had a seriously glowing 2c-i experience on saturday!
for the longest time we were on a beautiful meadow (high grass) surrounded by flowing mountains at the first real summer day this year. epic even when sober...
dose was 22mg oral*, buddy had 20mg.
what really blew me into a nearly shocking ++++ for some moments was the "philosphers stone ability" of 2c-i to turn n2o into respirable spiritual energy. I was always a friend of psychedelics+n2o but this one felt pretty unique as for me 2c-i usually is quite unspiritual and not immersive.
sitting on this meadow, feeling the sun, looking out on those green mountains, breathing in and see/feel this reality slowly dissolve into fractals, then into nothingness, then feeling like a bubble being inflated with energy and light and then being this bubble exploding in pure bliss - well, that was.....a little bit unexpected. <3
I did that 3 times and it left me quite exhausted for the rest of the trip. it felt like it drained a lot of (physical) energy from me. but it was worth it.
seen the light again. :D

afterwards we ate massive amounts of vegetables, hummus, bread and fruit.(without any GI problems)
turned out that hot chilis taste really interesting while tripping. def. recommended.




*btw: 14,5mg rectal felt similar in intensity - maybe a bit stronger - but definitely more enjoyable physically. had to dose oral for practical reasons.. ;)
 
G'day guys,

I'm planning on trying 2C-I for the first time in a couple of weeks and am just seeking some assistance.

I am a male, 193cm tall, weigh 83kgs.

I take pills maybe once or twice a month but am getting sick of basically playing Russian roulette with chemicals. I've never tried any psychedelic drugs but have had accidental psychedelic experiences from pills.

I am wondering if anyone can simply tell me the best way I should go about taking 2C-I for the first time. Thanks! :)
