The Big & Dandy 2C-D Thread

2C-D to me is a great combo drug, it amplifies others that you have consumed whilst being rather mellow on its own. Had a weird energy about it, almost sedating yet euphoric at the same time.

I enjoyed it, but i wouldn't dose it on its own.

This was on 20mg.

20mg is considered a low dose for 2c-d.
At that dose it doesnt do much really except produce some nice euphoria and it gave me this awesome electric body buzz similar to what i feel on 2c-b

To get it to be more interesting try doing doses 40-80mg%)
 
don't forget set and setting!

for some 20mg will be more than just euphoric feeling and body buzz

it could be strong visuals for some people at that level even...
 
plugging 35mg I saw my face melt in the mirror and shape itself into each and every one of my family members (being my brothers was weird then changing to my father was weird then to my mother was very bizarre as part of my ego was dissolving with each change)
 
Does anyone have any info regarding 2C-D and mirtazapine?

In the past i've used 2C-B many times while taking the medication with no noticable difference on effect. I'm gonna have to chance to try out D very soon and I'm very eager to try it.

Also, has anyone mixed it with MDMA?
 
2CD supposedly goes VERy well with MDMA.

I don't know mirtazapine. What is its MOA? it has to do with dopamine right I think (parkinson's patients are prescribed it?)./

edit - sorry just saw, it works on presynaptic receptors to block their action that have net inhibition (normally without this drug blocking) on post synaptic receptors. So, the result is net excitation. Interesting. I have no idea if its safe or not though sorry.

Actually, mirtazepine is very sedating as it has antihistamine actions. It does effect quite a lot of different dopamine and 5HT receptors, but I know when I was prescribed it, I used good quality methamphetamine with no trouble at all. While it does increase norephinephrine levels, it isn't in a way that creates much subjectvive excitement- in fact, of all the anti-depressants I used before finally realsing they were useless, mirtazepine had the most brain-deadening effects of all- really zombie like.

Tread carefully of course....
 
I ate 75mg a few nights ago...and I dont know this was like my 8th trail with it and my highest dose and I dont think I like it. Ill keep it around to collect but I dont know its just not an enjoyable trip to me, and the next day my head felt all fucked up. To each his own though...im not saying its a bad drug, its just not one i personally enjoy.
 
I have never exceeded 80mg, but simply because of cost/performance ratio. 40mg is utterly perfect and already rewarding enough.
A problem I see with 2c-d is that people enter the experience with certain expectations that are based on stronger psychedelics with guiding properties. You will not find these in 2c-d, to my knowledge. But the most outstanding effect of 2c-d seems to be it's ability to heighten social situations and improve one's conversationals skills.
My friends and I tend to indulge in deep discussions frequently, and I must say on 2c-d we verbally expose the character of a buildung, person or wine in such a manner that it lets nudity seem fully dressed ;-D
 
Had a nice run with 35mgs of 2c-d last night. I found it to be an extraordinarily low key trip, during the come up I got this warm bubbly feeling, i could feel the energy running through me, The peak probably lasted 2-3 hours. It gave a nice headspace, I experienced visual distortions but no hard visuals. I felt the amphetamine feeling that people have been noticing and wish that i had give it a go with a bit of adderal or something speedy, feel that it may have been similar to a roll in that respect, woulda felt nice and made for some fast paced psychedelic ramblings. Also, 2c-d in combonation with DMT smoked is a beautiful thing... brought me to the point of tears/ laughter (a place im quite fond of ;) )

I think that 2c-d at lower doses would be a nice supplement to daily activities, there is no anxiousness on the come up and the body load is next to none, I experienced a little nausea but I think thats cuz I sike myself out a bit before the trip kicks in. I cant wait to try a bit higher dose next time <3
 
I have only tried 2c-d on low doses so far (10 to 20 mgs). It gets me into a psychedelic mindspace without visuals and with a nice feeling throughout my body... Could be interesting for sex.
 
Tried this one at a party at my home but other substances were consumed clouding the whole experience. It was about 20-25 mg insufflated and after coming up on a very generic phen sensation a line of ketamine was used as well. I was quite underwhelmed, not that I wasn't 'spaced out' but it didn't add any special component nor did it seem to potentiate anything. But I was about coming down from some MDMA that might have had something to do with it. And the atmosphere quieted down after me and two others drifted away in our 2C-D+K-world during the after-phase. So to sum up my lack of being impressed probably had something to do with those other factors.

My best friend insufflated an eyeballed amount (around 25 mg as well) around a month before this at T+8:00 from 200 mic of acid. I did the same but with 2C-C, he also had some bk-MDMA. He said it was fantastic in many psychedelic ways. My addition of 2C-C was a huge success as well by the way.

My question is: does your experience indicate that the dose-response curve for 2C-D is quite linear? :)

And Love*Lite: you're saying it is a bit stimulating for you but you wished you combined with adderall? Does that mean you found the stimulation to be of a pleasant nature (I thought usually 2C-X stimulation is not appreciated much or at all?) and why would additional stimulation be nice?
